    Abstract: A projection apparatus, a power management apparatus, and a method for power management thereof are provided. The projection apparatus has a first power socket corresponding to a first power specification and a second power socket corresponding to a second power specification. The second power specification is different from the first power specification. A voltage detection unit is adapted to detect an input voltage received by a powered power socket, wherein the powered power socket is the first power socket or the second power socket. A control unit decides whether the input voltage detected by the voltage detection unit is matched up with the power specification of the corresponding powered power socket to determine an operation mode of the projection apparatus and to determine whether the projection apparatus provides an alarm message to ensure safety of use.

    Abstract: A microphone positioning structure is connected to an audio output device, and is composed of a sound tube, an end of which is connected with the audio output device; an earplug part which is located at a tail end of the aforementioned sound tube; an ear-hook part, an end of which is connected with the aforementioned sound tube. An end of the sound tube is plugged into the audio output device such as a trumpet or a loudspeaker, the ear-hook part is hung on a user's auricle for positioning, and the earplug part is inserted into the user's ear. In addition, while listening, the ear-hook part is hung and fixed on the user's auricle; therefore, the earplug part will not be subjected to a force, and it will not be fallen off due to a force of gravity and a shaking.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a semiconductor structure and a method of forming the same. The method includes the steps of providing a substrate, forming a mask layer with an opening on the substrate, locally oxidizing the substrate to form an oxide layer within the opening, removing the oxide layer, such that a partial surface of the substrate becomes a curve surface, forming a sacrificial layer on the curve surface, forming a first doped region in the substrate and under the hard mask layer, forming a gate stack within the opening, removing the hard mask layer, forming a spacer on a sidewall of the gate stack, and forming a second doped region in the substrate and under the spacer. The second doped region has a dopant concentration is larger than that of the first doped region. Therefore, the oxide layer increases the surface area of the substrate so as to increase the channel length. Thus, the leakage between the source region and the drain region can be improved.

    Abstract: An antivibration uniform-strength connector including two mating connection plates and a bolt. The connection plates are made of steel material having tensile strength proximate to that of steel reinforcements. The connection plates are made in accordance with the specifications of the steel reinforcements. Each connection plate has a central hole and two lateral extension sections. Each extension section has an opposite contact face. Contact recesses are formed on the contact faces and spaced from the central hole by equal or unequal distances. With steel reinforcements respectively held in the contact recesses, the bolt is tightened in the central hole of one connection plate to fasten the connection plates and fix the steel reinforcements in a double-cross or parallel pattern. The antivibration uniform-strength connector is applicable to the major steel reinforcements of a beam, a column, a bridge, a bridgeboard, etc.
