  • Publication number: 20240071981
Abstract: A method of fabricating a semiconductor structure includes the following steps. A semiconductor wafer is provided. A plurality of first surface mount components and a plurality of second surface mount components are bonded onto the semiconductor wafer, wherein a first portion of each of the second surface mount components is overhanging a periphery of the semiconductor wafer. A first barrier structure is formed in between the second surface mount components and the semiconductor wafer. An underfill structure is formed under a second portion of each of the second surface mount components, wherein the first barrier structure blocks the spreading of the underfill structure from the second portion to the first portion.

  • Publication number: 20060125205
Abstract: A front wheel drive mechanism is mounted in a bicycle including a front wheel and two pedals adapted to propel by feet. The mechanism comprises a first transmission assembly connected to the pedals, provided at one side of front wheel, and connected to main frame; a second transmission assembly connected to the front wheel, provided at the other side of the front wheel, and connected to steering assembly; and a coupling device with limited swing capability adapted to transmit pedaling force from the first transmission assembly to the second transmission assembly. The coupling device is interconnected the first and the second transmission assemblies for allowing the first and the second transmission assemblies to dispose in a non-parallel relationship when the bicycle turns curves with the pedaling force transmitted from the first transmission assembly to the front wheel via the second transmission assembly.

  • Publication number: 20060023285
Abstract: An image projection system uses multiple light sources to produce light beams reflected by a rotating multilateral drum. Each side mirror on the drum is tilted by a radial angle with respect to adjacent mirrors, and the reflected light beam of each side mirror forms one horizontal scan line. The tilted angle causes the reflected light beam to move vertically. Thus a single rotation of the single drum completes the scanning of a complete frame.

  • Publication number: 20060023452
Abstract: A flood light is produced by rotating a divergent reflector or a divergent lens with respect to a light source to produce a flood light at a rate faster then the retention rate of human perception so that the flood light appears to be steady. The assembly of the light source, moving reflector or lens and the driving motor can be enclosed in a conventional light bulb. Alternatively, the light source can be rotated with respect to a fixed ring-shaped convex reflector or ring-shaped convex lens to produce the steady flood light.

  • Publication number: 20050231934
Abstract: A backlight for a large area display panel is derived from a remote point light source. A light from the point light source is first reflected by a first reflecting unit to spread the light in one direction. The reflected light from the first reflecting unit is reflected again by a second reflecting unit to spread the light in another direction. The spread light from the second reflecting unit is projected behind the display panel screen to furnish the backlight. The reflecting surfaces are fabricated with a ladder convex gratings, a ladder concave gratings, a ladder slant gratings or a matrix array of domes.

  • Patent number: 6822795
Abstract: Invisible different monochromatic images are inscribed in a diffractive optical element. Each of the images appears when a specific light source is on and image disappears when the specific light is off. The light sources for the different monochromatic images are spaced at different positions with respect to the diffractive optical element. A dynamic image is produced by time-varying and electronically controlling the intensity and on/off of the different light sources.

  • Patent number: 6767111
Abstract: The light emitted from a bank of light emitting diodes is converted through a set of lenses into parallel light beams, which, in turn, is focused or diversified as projection light source. Such a light source can replace traditional incandescent bulb. Reflection mirrors can be used to deflect or reflect the light beams. Phosphorescent material can be added in the transmission path to convert blue or ultraviolet short wave light into white light.
