The surface of a collector base material 201 containing Cr is coated with a Cr diffusion preventing layer 203 made of an oxide containing Zn and Mn and a coating layer 202 made of an oxide containing Zn is formed on the surface of the Cr diffusion preventing layer 203. The coating layer 202 preferably contains at least one kind of Al and Fe as a trivalent or higher valent positive metal element.

The storage stores information of communication quality of the communication unit with the base station, when the power receiving unit is receiving power. The smartphone selects, from among the plurality of coils, a combination of the coils for transmitting power, based on information of the communication quality stored in the storage. The charger transmits power by the coils, based on the selection by the smartphone.

Abstract: A mobile phone which is an example of electronic equipment includes a processor, and when a PTT conversation is started, in the processor, a DSP starts an input and an output under instructions by a control circuit. The processor (control circuit) keeps stopping an output from an amplifier provided at a preceding stage of a speaker, if and when a floor is gotten by a user himself/herself. On the other hand, if and when a floor is gotten by any other person, the processor starts the output of the amplifier, and stops the output when the floor is released by the other person.
