Abstract: A three-terminal capacitor includes a main body having a cylindrical or substantially cylindrical shape extending in a first direction and including first and second inner electrodes alternately laminated together with dielectric layers interposed therebetween, a pair of first outer electrodes on two end surfaces of the main body in the first direction and electrically connected to the first inner electrodes, and a second outer electrode electrically connected to the second inner electrodes. The main body includes a projecting portion projecting in a direction perpendicular or substantially perpendicular to the first direction at a position between the pair of first outer electrodes. The second outer electrode is provided on one surface of the projecting portion viewable when viewed in the first direction.

The compounds of the present invention or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof have prolyl hydroxylase inhibitory effect and are useful as agents for the treatment of inflammatory bowel diseases such as ulcerative colitis and the like. In an embodiment, the present invention relates to a method for treating an inflammatory bowel disease, comprising administering a necessary amount of a pharmaceutical composition containing hypoxanthine compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and pharmaceutical additive to a patient.

The base (120) and the nostril inserts (130) are integrally formed so as to elastically deform to an appropriate extent. The nostril inserts (130) have an appropriate length. When the nostril inserts (130) are inserted into the right and left nostrils, respectively, of a patient, the nostril inserts (130) hold at least one of the columna nasi and the nasal septum from opposite sides with an appropriate elastic force, whereby the nostril inserts (130) are attached to the nostrils.
