Abstract: Disclosed are a method and apparatus for improving the accuracy of intra-prediction in order to improve encoding and decoding efficiency. The video decoding method may improve the prediction efficiency for the current pixel to be predicted by referring to the degree of variation in surrounding pixels, to thereby effectively decode the bit stream with improved encoding efficiency. In addition, an additional prediction candidate is used to achieve improved accuracy of intra-prediction, and the thus-improved accuracy of intra-prediction may reduce residual components and improve encoding efficiency. Further, an improved planar mode is utilized to achieve improved intra-prediction.

Abstract: An organic light emitting diode display comprises a display substrate including an organic light emitting element, an encapsulation substrate disposed to face the display substrate, a sealant disposed between edges of the display substrate and the encapsulation substrate for bonding and sealing the display substrate and the encapsulation substrate together, a filler filling in a space between the display substrate and the encapsulation substrate, first spacers formed on one surface of the display substrate contacting the filler, and second spacers formed on one surface of the encapsulation substrate contacting the filler. The display substrate and the encapsulation substrate are divided into a dropping area and a spreading area surrounding the dropping area and positioned relatively close to the sealant, and either or both of the first spacers and the second spacers have different shapes in the dropping area and in the spreading area.

Abstract: A method for logging measurement results in a wireless communication system is provided. The method includes: receiving a logged measurement configuration from a network, the logged measurement configuration comprising information for performing logged Minimization Driving Test (MDT); measuring at least one cell based on the logged measurement configuration; determining whether the measurement result has importance for logging; if a storage space for logging is enough for additionally logging, setting an importance tag of the measurement result to a predetermined value in accordance with the determination; and logging the measurement result and the importance tag in the storage space.

Abstract: An operation method performed by user equipment in a wireless communication system is provided. The method includes: determining whether to switch a Discontinuous Reception (DRX) state; switching to a new DRX state and operating in the new DRX state, if it is determined to switch to the DRX state; and reporting the switch to the new DRX state to a network. The new DRX state is based on a new DRX cycle comprising on-duration for which a downlink channel is monitored and off-duration for which the downlink channel is not monitored.

Abstract: Provided an apparatus and a method for reporting a measurement result in a wireless communication system. A terminal receives report conditions and a measurement setting including a report for position information from a base station. When a measurement report is triggered, the terminal determines whether valid position information is available and the measured result is transmitted to the base station. When the valid position information is not available, the measured result includes serving cell information and adjacent cell information.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a local caching device, system and method for providing a content caching service. The local caching device receives, from a content provider, at least one part of content requested by a user terminal and then, based on the received part of the requested content, determines whether the requested content is stored in a storage unit. If the requested content is stored, the local caching device registers flow information of the requested content in the storage unit. When content having the same flow information as the registered flow information is requested, the local caching device determines based on content address information whether the requested content is stored.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for providing mobile content to seamlessly transmit content to a mobile node even during a hand-over of the mobile node through local caching devices distributed in a mobile network. When a specific local caching device detects a hand-over of the mobile node, content data transmitted from the specific local caching device is delivered to the mobile node through a mobile CDN controller, or blocking of content from a origin server is revoked to deliver content data from the origin server to the handed-over mobile node.

Abstract: For a user terminal connected to one of cache devices distributed in a network and receiving contents, terminal access information including terminal address information about the user terminal and identification information of the cache device is stored and managed. If a content retransmission request message of the user terminal is detected at other cache device, this is regarded as a handover of the user terminal. This allows a simple detection of handover that occurs during content transmission.

Abstract: Disclosed are a cache synchronization system, a cache synchronization method and a local cache to perform synchronization. Abstract: In a mask for hardening a sealant and a method of manufacturing a flat display device using the mask, the mask includes a main body in which a transmission slit is formed, and a partial shielding portion partially shielding the transmission slit. The transmission slit corresponds to the shape of the sealant enclosing a light-emitting portion formed on a substrate. By using such a mask, the partial shielding portion covers a portion where the amount of laser irradiation is relatively large, thus hardening the sealant uniformly across the entire regions of the sealant, and thus guaranteeing a stable encapsulating structure.
