    Abstract: The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for improving skin conditions that has an effect of enhancing skin defense, improving skin moisturizing, and strengthening a skin barrier, and has an antimicrobial activity. According to the present invention, production and activities of antimicrobial peptides in keratinocytes may be significantly increased, growth of Staphylococcus may be effectively inhibited, and a synergy effect may be imparted to gene expression of a skin moisturizing factor and an intercellular binding factor, such that a synergistic effect in improving skin conditions may be obtained without side effects.

The present invention provides a portable multi-voltage power source device that is capable of generating various levels of power voltages for diverse appliances requiring different electric voltages. The present invention includes at least one solar cell plate formed of a plurality of solar cells connected to each other and a power source selection unit to select one of a plurality of voltages by coupling the positive and negative poles of the connected solar cells in selected fashions.
