    Abstract: A voltage generating circuit including a pre-driving unit and a voltage generating unit is provided. The pre-driving unit receives an oscillation signal and enhances a driving capability of the oscillation signal to generate a pre-driving signal. The voltage generating unit receives an input signal and the pre-driving signal, and generates an output signal according to the input signal and the pre-driving signal. The voltage generating unit generates a voltage signal according to the pre-driving signal. One of the pre-driving unit and the voltage generating unit adjusts a slew rate or a ringing component of the voltage signal by using the pre-driving signal. A pre-driving signal generating module for driving a voltage generating circuit is also provided.

A switch-controlling unit controls the on/off states of the switches, wherein a charging-phase circuit corresponding to a pumping level is formed to charge the capacitors and an output-phase circuit is formed to output a voltage from the power output terminal. The conduction voltage detecting apparatus detects the conducting states of the LED strings for producing a conduction voltage and an enabling signal. The reference voltage generating apparatus generates a first reference voltage according to the enabling signal. The current-adjusting apparatus produces a plurality of driving currents according to the first reference voltage, and the driving currents flow through the LED strings.
