  • Publication number: 20180085294
Abstract: A cosmetic foam composition that includes about 0.1% to 5% of a non-hydrocarbon propellant, and a liquid foamable composition. The liquid foamable composition includes about 0.05% to 5% of a surfactant and about 1% to 10% of a fatty alcohol. The fatty alcohol together with cationic and/or nonionic surfactant produce a foam with lamellar structure, and the non-hydrocarbon propellant helps maintain the structure of the foam for a period of time.
