The first terminal obtains, based on the at least one first SRS, information about one or more measurement results of the at least one second terminal, and sends information about the one or more measurement results to a network device. The one or more measurement results indicate signal strength of the at least one first SRS from the second terminal, the first SRS is used to measure cross-link interference (CLI), and the first SRS occupies a first resource.

A first terminal apparatus may receive first control information from a second terminal apparatus, then receive second control information from the second terminal apparatus based on the first control information, and further receive, based on the first control information and the second control information, data sent by the second terminal apparatus. Therefore, the second control information and the data can be received after blind detection is performed on the first control information for a relatively small quantity of times, thereby improving efficiency of receiving the second control information and the data.
