  • Publication number: 20240106779
Abstract: A method includes receiving inputs from a plurality of data providers reflecting the plurality of data providers' respective parameters for providing message channel data; receiving inputs from a plurality of data recipients reflecting the data recipients' respective parameters for receiving message channel data; identifying, using a matching engine, message channel data that matches the parameters of at least one of the plurality of data providers and the parameters of at least one of the data recipients; processing the message channel data in accordance with the parameters of the data providers, the processing step comprising segmenting the message channel data into permitted data segments and non-permitted data segments based on the data providers' parameters; delivering the permitted data segments to the identified data recipients in accordance with their respective parameters; and initiating a request for compensation of the identified data providers in accordance with their respective parameters.

  • Publication number: 20240070201
Abstract: The present teaching relates to communication related to predictions. A communication chain is created with multiple chain units, each operating independently to provide prediction services related to a prompt with embedded information therein associated with predictions for the prompt to enable prediction services. A request is received for a requested operation related to a query prompt on one of prediction solicitation, prediction entry, verification entry, and prediction access. If a chain unit for the query prompt, the request is directed to the chain unit to perform the requested operation. If not, a new chain unit is created for the query prompt and the request is forwarded to the new chain unit to carry out the requested operation.

  • Publication number: 20230121114
Abstract: Various embodiments of the teachings herein include an energy management method for an energy system. The method may include: calculating a power prediction for use of an energy storage unit of the energy system for a time range; and determining, on the basis of the calculated power prediction, an externally usable partial storage capacity of the energy storage unit. The partial storage capacity according to the power prediction is not used by the energy system within the time range. The determined partial storage capacity is provided for use external to the energy system.

  • Publication number: 20220242353
Abstract: The invention relates a vehicle seat group (10) for a vehicle (100) having at least two vehicle seats (12, 14, 16, 18), a table (22) and a vehicle occupant restraint system (20) having at least one restraint element, wherein at least two vehicle seats (12, 14, 16, 18) of the vehicle seat group (10) can be aligned toward each other in their seat length direction (S), wherein the table (22) is arranged between the vehicle seats (12, 14, 16, 18), in particular at a center console (30), wherein at least one restraint element of the vehicle occupant restraint system (20) is disposed in and/or at the table (22). In addition, the invention relates to a vehicle comprising such vehicle seat group.

  • Publication number: 20220198584
Abstract: Various embodiments of the teachings herein include a computer-assisted energy management method for an energy system, in which an operation of the energy system is regularly simulated according to a set call time interval for a set time horizon with a set time increment, comprising: determining whether a first parameter changes; performing an additional simulation of the operation of the energy system deviating from the set call interval based on the changed parameter; and/or within at least one critical time range in which a value of the first parameter is above a threshold value, performing a regular simulation which falls within the critical time range with a time increment which is smaller or greater than the set time increment; an operating the energy system according to either the additional simulation or the regular simulation.

  • Publication number: 20220146334
Abstract: Various embodiments include a method for determining the thermal consumption of an energy system having a thermal energy storage unit, wherein the energy system generates a total thermal energy within a time range comprising: determining a thermal charging energy of the thermal energy storage unit within the time range; determining a thermal discharging energy of the thermal energy storage unit within the time range; and calculating a resulting thermal consumption within the time range using a sum of the total thermal energy and the difference between the ascertained thermal discharging energy and the ascertained thermal charging energy.

  • Publication number: 20220069617
Abstract: Various embodiments of the teachings herein include methods for operating an energy management system of a grid participant electrically connectable to an electrical grid at a grid connection point comprising: a) receiving data from an electricity exchange characterizing a remuneration for a first service provided to the electrical grid by the grid participant and/or a second service obtained by the grid participant from the electrical grid; b) determining a load profile for the grid participant as a function of the received data, wherein the energy management system at least temporarily operates the grid participant according to the determined load profile so the grid participant provides the power to the electrical grid and/or obtains the power from the electrical grid; and c) transmitting the load profile to the electricity exchange.
