    Abstract: A method for repairing the gate-line disconnection includes: determining a disconnected position of a gate line; determining two connecting elements that are closest to the disconnected position and are respectively located at two sides of the disconnected position along an extending direction of the gate line; selecting one or two sub-pixels electrically connected to the two connecting elements as repair sub-pixels, determining a common electrode line coupled to a common electrode of each repair sub-pixel as a selected common electrode line; forming a communication path between a front portion and a rear portion at the disconnected position to bypass the disconnected position, the communication path including at least the common electrode of each repair sub-pixel and a separate line segment cut from the selected common electrode line; disconnecting the common electrode in the communication path from other common electrodes; and disconnecting each repair sub-pixel from a data line.

Meanwhile, other types of signals that need complicated computations may be processed by more sophisticated search algorithms, thereby ensuring the coding quality.

According to the present invention, based on the method a device for quantizing vector is disclosed. According to embodiments of the present invention, the quantization of an input vector is done by introducing the modification vectors for the base codebook vectors, therefore the memory amount of the base codebook vectors is reduced effectively, and the calculation amount is merely the calculation amount required for going through N codebooks. Therefore, the complexity of the vector quantization could be decreased effectively.

    Abstract: A waste management and resource recovery system that uses the different waste streams from typical waste sources as fuel or feedstock for its subsystems that, in turn, produce fuel, feedstock or energy for other subsystems such that all the different waste streams are effectively managed. The subsystems include a gas burner for solid and fuel wastes that supplies heat to a hydrothermal processor for saccharification of paper and cardboard. The resulting saccharification broth, along with kitchen wastes and blackwater, are supplied to a bioreactor using dark fermentation to produce hydrogen and volatile fatty acids. The hydrogen and volatile fatty acids are supplied to hydrogen and microbial fuel cells to produce electrical energy for operating the system and potable water. A steam accumulator is added to provide sufficient temperatures and pressures to reach the necessary thermodynamic states for the saccharification process.

The embodiments of the present invention obtain the corresponding pitch gain according to the signal information by using the obtained correspondence between the signal information and the pitch gain, and the pitch gain is applicable to the coder and the decoder, thus making it unnecessary for the coder to transmit the pitch gain to the decoder and solving the problem of bit overhead. The embodiments of the present invention determine the pitch gain adaptively according to the signal information, avoid consumption of extra bits for quantizing the pitch gain, avoid impact on the coding performance, and improve the compression ratio.
