Abstract: The invention relates to a motorized food-processor apparatus (100) which comprises: a housing (101) containing a drive motor (102) for rotating a shaft (103) about an axis of rotation (115), at least one cutter (104) rotated by the motor about the axis, a cover (106) provided with a supply conduit (107) for the foodstuff, an outlet opening (110) for the cut foodstuff; a guide plate (109) for guiding the cut foodstuff to the outlet opening (110), comprising at least one guide ridge (111), an outlet tool (112) located in the path of the foodstuff towards the outlet opening, and at least one drive unit (114) for driving through the outlet tool.

Abstract: A food processing device having a motor shaft of a motor from the device is coupled to the tool carrying shaft for multi-speed operation. The tool carrying shaft and the motor shaft are connected by two distinct trains, continuously driven, each train comprising one free wheel, mounted with relation to the free wheel of the other train in such a way that power from the motor is only transmitted to the tool carrying shaft by the relevant train in a single direction of rotation of the motor and that for the other direction of rotation of said motor, the power is only transmitted to the tool carrying shaft by the other train.

Abstract: A safety device for a food processor having a bowl closed by a cover and fed through a chute for introducing products into the working bowl, has a control switch responsive to the position of a pusher guide carrying a pusher. The pusher is slidably mounted for translation in the pusher-guide. The pusher-guide is pivotally mounted to cover over the open end of the chute, and a set of rods connect the pusher-guide to the switch operating safety rod extending along the bowl. The device prevents access of the user's hand to the cutting area, even for a large chute, by blocking the chute when the motor is enabled.

Abstract: An electric locking device includes at least one main switch with a make contact, one secondary magnetic flexible leaf switch with a break contact, at least one auxiliary relay including at least one make contact, and an external control member comprising at least one permanent magnet. The main switch directly controls the relay coil after the secondary switch has been opened by the presence of a magnet in the control member, and the secondary switch, when it closes again, shorts the relay coil. This occurs when the control member and the magnet moves away. The assembly may be constructed such that the approach of the control member, by the presence of the magnet, first causes the opening of the secondary switch, then the closing of the main switch. The control member, during its retraction, releases the main switch that opens before the secondary switch closes.
