    Abstract: A cylindrical core is fixed by electrical welding on an arm of a magnetic pot element, the other arms of the pot element being worked to create second polar surfaces at a predetermined distance from the first polar surface of the free end of the core, a magnetizable ring may be fixed on the end in such a manner that the first polar face is situated, after deformation, at a distance from the second polar surfaces.
