  • Publication number: 20230356872
Abstract: A method for transversally sealing a packaging material tube, comprises placing a transversal sealing section of the tube between a sonotrode and an anvil. The transversal sealing section comprises a first two-layer sub-section, a three-layer sub-section and a second two-layer sub-section, transmitting ultrasonic acoustic vibrations, having a frequency and an amplitude, from the sonotrode into the transversal sealing section, thereby melting the plastic foil in the transversal sealing section, and pressing the tube together between the sonotrode and the anvil to bond the plastic foil such that transversal sealing is formed. The anvil has a ridge comprising various sub-sections for receiving various ones of the sub-sections of the tube, wherein the ridge has equal height in at least some of the sub-sections. The frequency, amplitude, pressure and paperboard properties are chosen to achieve equal temperature in the first two-layer sub-section, the three-layer sub-section and the second two-layer sub-section.

  • Publication number: 20130091666
Abstract: The present invention relates to a hinge arrangement 1 for opening and closing two portions which are connected to said hinge arrangement 1 at one end of the respective portion. The hinge arrangement 1 comprises an element 5a having a first friction surface 6a and a plate 7 having a second friction surface 8a. The first friction surface 6a is adapted to slide against said second friction surface 8a. A resilient member 9a cooperates with said element 5a. The second friction surface 8a is arranged around, or partly around, an axis 10a through the element 5a such that the second friction surface 8a comprises a first part 11a being arranged at a first level 12 along the axis 10a, and a second part 13a being arranged extending from said first level 12 to a second level 14 along the axis 10a.

  • Patent number: 8265719
Abstract: The present invention concerns a portable electronic apparatus, such as a mobile phone, having an upper part being moveable in relation to a lower part of the apparatus. The movement of the upper part may both be a sliding and a tilting movement. The sliding movement is controlled by means of a sleeve and a guide placed in the upper part of the apparatus. The sleeve is connected to the lower part by means of pair of links at opposite sides of the apparatus. The links are received at opposite ends of each sleeve at fulcrums at the sleeve and lower part, respectively. The links are designed and positioned to give self-locking in at least three distinct positions of the upper part of the portable electronic apparatus in relation to the lower part of the apparatus.
