  • Patent number: 9160905
Abstract: A camera includes a ferromagnetic member, which is formed of a ferromagnetic material into one of a plate shape and a film shape, and arranged between a coil and an imaging element so that a part of a flat surface is opposed to the coil. The ferromagnetic member has a thickness that is less than a skin depth, which is determined by a drive frequency of a coil, magnetic permeability of the ferromagnetic material, and electric conductivity of the ferromagnetic material. Accordingly, with the ferromagnetic member having a smaller thickness than before, an amount of arrival by which magnetic flux generated at the coil arrives at the imaging element may be reduced.

  • Publication number: 20140360388
Abstract: In a press machine vertically moving a ram by turning a threaded member, the ram has a bearing holder that holds a bearing whose outer ring is solidly engaged with the bearing holder and whose inner ring is solidly fitted to a lower end part of the threaded member. A fine clearance is formed between a lower face of the threaded member and a bottom face of the bearing holder so that the threaded member and bearing holder are allowed to rotate relative to each other. The fine clearance is set so that, when load is applied to the ram to cause a relative slight movement in a vertical direction between the inner and outer rings of the bearing, the lower face of the threaded member and the bottom face of the bearing holder come into contact with each other.

  • Patent number: 8749729
Abstract: A light guide plate includes a light-emitting surface, a light-reflecting surface opposed to the light-emitting surface, and a light-incident surface including a protrusion formed continuously along an edge portion of the light-emitting surface. Accordingly, light that has entered the protrusion is transmitted through the protrusion and totally reflected on an inner surface of the light-emitting surface to thus propagate inside the light guide plate. As described above, since incident light components emitted toward an upper portion of the light-incident surface can be effectively blocked by the protrusion, luminance distribution characteristics as well as a light use efficiency can be improved. The light guide plate is produced by a punching press process.
