  • Patent number: 10800631
Abstract: To enable a bunch of sheets to be reliably discharged to a stack tray, also in the case where weight of the bunch of sheets formed on a processing tray is large, a post-processing control section receives information on an ink discharge amount, the number of sheets, sheet type, and printing mode (two-side/one-side) in printing on sheets from a main body control section of an image forming unit A, in forming a bunch of sheets on the processing tray. The control section thereby recognizes weight of a bunch of sheets formed on the processing tray, and when the section determines that the weight is heavier than predetermined weight, decreases a rotation velocity of a drive motor of a sheet bunch transport means, or increases a current amount applied to the drive motor. By this means, torque of the motor is increased, and the bunch of sheets is reliably discharged to the first stack tray.

  • Publication number: 20200180882
Abstract: In order to properly suppress a discharge defect corresponding to an image ratio of a sheet, in the case where a coefficient of friction is different according to the image ratio of an image on the sheet, an air blowing section is arranged to blow air toward a downstream side in a transport direction from between a downstream-side end portion of a first stacking section and an upstream-side end portion of a second stacking section. When an image ratio of an image on a sheet by an image forming apparatus is a first value, the air blowing section sets an air quantity blown to the sheet at a first air quantity F1, while when the image ratio is a second value higher than the first value, setting the air quantity blown to the sheet at a second air quantity F2 larger than the first air quantity F1.

Abstract: A three-dimensional model creator creates individual models indicative of individual shapes of at least two objects from an integrated model created based on data obtained by imaging or measuring the objects together. The three-dimensional model creator creates a plurality of division models by dividing the integrated model with extension planes obtained by extending surfaces that define the integrated model, identifies two-dimensional regions in which the objects exist individually, based on the obtained data, tags the division models based on projections of the division models and the two-dimensional regions, and creates the individual models of the objects from the tagged division models.

  • Publication number: 20200025964
Abstract: A capacitive proximity sensor 1 comprises an oscillation means 33; a sensor circuit 10, which includes a sensor electrode 11; a detection circuit 20, which outputs a determination voltage signal corresponding to the capacitance of the sensor electrode 11, based on the electrical signal output from the sensor circuit 10; and a control unit 32. The sensor electrode 11 is connected in parallel to a connection point P1 between a coil L and a capacitor C in an LCR series resonance circuit. The detection circuit 20 outputs a determination voltage signal S1 based on the electrical signal at the detection point P3 between the capacitor C and the resistor R. The control unit 32 detects the proximity of a human body to the sensor electrode 11, based on the determination voltage signal S1.

  • Patent number: 10444737
Abstract: A numerical controller operates a machine tool based on a plurality of parameters and a machining program. A user is allowed to refer to a parameter that has not been set, in other words, a parameter not falling within the range of recommended setting values, among parameters that may influence the shortening of a cycle time of the operation of the machining program on a display screen. For this reason, the user can use the parameter as a reference for reviewing the parameter setting for the purpose of shortening the cycle time or the like.

  • Publication number: 20190248168
Abstract: To enable a bunch of sheets to be reliably discharged to a stack tray, also in the case where weight of the bunch of sheets formed on a processing tray is large, upon receiving a printing command, a main body control section checks information on an ink discharge amount in printing on a sheet, the number of sheets, sheet type and printing mode (two-side/one-side). By this means, the section recognizes weight of the bunch of sheets formed on the processing tray, and when determining that the weight is heavier than predetermined weight, deceases an upper limit value of the number of sheets of a bunch of sheets formed at a time to report to a user.

  • Patent number: 9891615
Abstract: A numerical controller includes a storage area for storing startable start-up settings and a database for storing start-up setting values that inhibit the completion of a start-up. If a start-up has been completed at the time of start-up, current start-up settings are stored in the storage area as startable settings. If the start-up has not been completed, start-up setting values that inhibit the completion are registered in the database, the current settings are reconstructed to startable settings, and the numerical controller is restarted. After start-up settings are changed, the database is searched. If the same start-up settings as the changed start-up setting are found, the found start-up settings are outputted.
