  • Patent number: 11123871
Abstract: Described in detail herein is autonomous system for performing instructed operations. A switch device in electrical communication with an autonomous robot device and a remote computing system, can replicate a first display of the autonomous robot device on a second display of the remote computing system. The switch device provides an interface for remotely controlling the autonomous robot device via the remote computing system. The autonomous robot device can control the articulated arm to move the at least one card to physically interact with a card reader. The remote computing system can autonomously extract each action performed by the autonomous robot device from the first display in response to replication of the first display on the second display via the switch device.

  • Publication number: 20050049594
Abstract: A system for percutaneous fracture repair of a bone is provided. The system includes a plate having a first feature and a second feature. The first feature and the second feature are spaced apart from each other. The plate defines a longitudinal axis of the plate. The system also includes a first attachment component operably associated with the first feature. The first attachment component cooperates with the bone. The system also includes a second attachment component operably associated with the second feature. The second attachment component is percutaneously inserted into the second feature. The second attachment component is operably associated with the plate to provide a compressive force in the bone. The compressive force has a component of the force in the longitudinal axis. The second attachment component is adapted for cooperation with the bone.

  • Publication number: 20040030339
Abstract: A fracture repair system for engagement with a bone having a condylar portion and a shaft portion is provided. The system includes a plate. The plate includes a head portion and a body portion. The head portion has an internal wall defining a head hole therethrough and is adapted for cooperation with the condylar portion. The body portion has an internal wall defining a body hole through the wall. The system further includes a bushing having a generally spherical exterior surface adapted for cooperation with the head hole and an opposed interior surface defining a passageway through the bushing. The exterior surface of the bushing and the head hole of the plate are configured to permit polyaxial rotation of the bushing within the head hole.

  • Patent number: 6129730
Abstract: A bone screw annd assembly are described wherein the bone screw has a dual lead thread that is provided as an offset thread. The bone screw has two leads starting less than 180.degree. apart. Because the leads start less than 180.degree. apart, the leads appear to spiral together along the shaft of the bone screw, creating a large groove and a small groove. The offset dual lead thread of the present invention provides enhanced pullout resistance by overcoming machining limitations to produce a bone screw with increased thread depth while maintaining or decreasing thread pitch. The bone screw may also be provided together with a bone plate to comprise a bone fixation assembly.
