  • Patent number: 11352829
Abstract: A window assembly for installing in a window framing (also referred to as a “window casing”) of a wall of a building. The window assembly is configured to have a frameless appearance when installed with the finish surround installed around the interior and/or exterior of the window. The window assembly also allows the glass panel to be removed with a minimum of removal of the finish surround, such as without removing any of the finish surround, or only removing the finish surround around several sides of the only one of the interior or exterior of the window. For example, in most cases, only the interior finish surround around the right side and left side of the installed window frame needs to be removed to remove and replace the glass panel. Furthermore, the window assembly includes an integrated drain for draining moisture which leaks into the window assembly.

  • Patent number: 11002053
Abstract: A sill track for sliding panels such as doors or windows in a door jamb or window jamb. The sill track mounts flush to the surrounding floors and has an integrated drainage system for preventing water from penetrating the sill track. The sill track comprises a base having walls to support flooring, a panel track for receiving a guide of a panel, such as wheels of a sliding glass door, and a weep channel wall forming a weep channel for draining water to below a top surface of the sill track. The walls of the base, the panel track and the weep channel wall are configured such that the flooring installed on the sill track, the panel track and the top of the weep channel wall are all flush with the surrounding flooring on the interior and exterior of the sill track.

  • Patent number: 7826726
Abstract: An intra-convertible thermal vapor extraction and delivery system comprising: an ergonomically-shaped casing comprising a heating element, a fan, an output nozzle thermally coupled to the heating element and having a nozzle base and a tapered nozzle end, and a nozzle sleeve; and a cradle having a bottom surface and a top surface, wherein bottom surface is substantially planar, and top surface is substantially concave so as to accept and securely hold the casing, wherein the fan is positioned substantially behind the heating element so as to blow ambient air through the element, heating it to a desired temperature, and forcing it through the output nozzle, and wherein the nozzle base is positioned to receive the air before the tapered nozzle end, and the nozzle base has a greater outer diameter than the tapered nozzle end, creating a step at the transition between the nozzle base and the tapered nozzle end.
