  • Patent number: 8257823
Abstract: A molding precursor which includes a main body part and a burr formation part protruding outward from the edge of the main body part and extending continuously along the edge, wherein the main body part includes a first base having many reinforcing fibers and a second base having many fibers and has been superposed on the first base in an outer peripheral part of the main body part, the burr formation part is constituted of that part of the second base which protrudes outward from the edge of the main body part, and spaces among the many fibers constitute passages for a molding resin.

  • Publication number: 20110272853
Abstract: Provided is a RTM method wherein a molding die composed of a temperature control mechanism, which is arranged on at least one of a plurality of dies that form a molding die and adjusts the temperature of the die, and a valve mechanism, which starts and stops supply of a resin in a state of having fluidity to the cavity of the molding die, is used. In the method, a plurality of the valve mechanisms are arranged on the molding die, each of the valve mechanisms is provided with one or a plurality of temperature control systems which adjust the temperature of the valve mechanism, the resin in the state of having fluidity is supplied to the cavity from the valve mechanisms, and a reinforcing fiber base material contained in the cavity is impregnated with the resin.

  • Patent number: 7797921
Abstract: A control apparatus of an extracted air booster system of an integrated gasification combined cycle power plant can additionally serve a sufficient pressure control function and a sufficient antisurge control function. For example, when an inlet guide vane is fully closed or has a small opening degree equal to or smaller than a predetermined opening degree, a second control section of the control apparatus performs pressure control based on a pressure deviation, instead of or as well as antisurge control. In the pressure control, the degree of opening of an antisurge valve is controlled so that a booster outlet pressure detection value can become equal to a set pressure value. In a case where a pressure ratio is larger than a set pressure ratio value, it is also effective that the second control section performs the antisurge control even when the inlet guide vane is fully closed.

  • Patent number: 7208220
Abstract: A fiber-reinforced composite material including reinforcing fibers and a matrix resin, wherein at least some of the reinforcing fibers have their ends in the matrix resin, and a second resin having an elastic modulus less than that of the matrix resin is present in contact with fiber ends of at least some of reinforcing fibers having above-mentioned ends and only in the neighborhood thereof.

  • Patent number: 6810669
Abstract: This invention provides a clutch engagement detecting apparatus, which can accurately detect the state of engagement of a clutch using a helical spline engagement structure, and a single-shaft combined plant having it, and is constructed as follows: If the difference between the detected value of the rotational speed of a gas turbine and the detected value of the rotational speed of a steam turbine is not more than a detection error by the time a predetermined time elapses after load is charged into the steam turbine, it is determined that the clutch is engaged.
