    Abstract: A pre-drying processing liquid containing a sublimable substance that changes to gas without passing through to a liquid and a solvent in which the sublimable substance dissolves is supplied to a front surface of a substrate on which a pattern has been formed. Thereafter, the solvent is evaporated from the pre-drying processing liquid on the front surface of the substrate to thereby form a solidified body containing the sublimable substance on the front surface of the substrate. Thereafter, the solidified body is sublimated and thereby removed from the front surface of the substrate. [Solution] The present invention relates to a method for evaluating the prognosis of glioma, said method comprising the steps of: detecting ACTC1 protein and/or mRNA encoding the protein in a glioma-containing sample collected from a patient; and determining that the prognosis of the glioma is poor when the ACTC1 protein and/or the mRNA encoding the protein is detected in the aforementioned step. According to the present invention, the prognosis of glioma, the risk of distant recurrence of glioma, the invasion ability and the like can be evaluated using a novel biomarker, i.e., ACTC1 protein and/or mRNA encoding the protein.

A tank unit has tanks for storing hot water obtained as a result of heat exchange by the water heat exchangers. The hydrothermal exchange unit has a housing. The front, rear, upper, left and right sides of the housing are covered with panels. A bottom plate for the housing is disposed a predetermined distance above the lower end of the housing. The housing accommodates the hydrothermal exchange unit, and a space below the bottom plate of the housing accommodates connectors for the water pipes and refrigerant pipes. This completely prevents freezing of the water pipes, makes use-side units compact, and improves operation efficiency.

The body housing 22 further has a photographing window 30 formed therein, through which environmental light may enter the image pickup optical system 28 so as to form an image to be captured by the scanning camera 20. The hood device 10 comprises a hood mechanism 42 coupled to the body housing 22 and movable between first and second positions. The hood mechanism 42, when in the first position, covers the finder screen 36 and close the photographing window 30. The hood mechanism 42, when in the second position, uncovers the finder screen 36, leaves the photographing window 30 open and partially surrounds the finder screen 36 for shading it from environmental light.
