  • Publication number: 20070258106
Abstract: A communication terminal device using timestamp technology officially certifies transmission completion time. When a start key is pressed, and e-document scan is instructed, scanned image data is stored as an e-document along with a timestamp received from a Time Stamping Authority (TSA). When facsimile transmission is carried out, and log e-document storing transmission is selected, a hash value of data composed of communication log data and image data transmitted by facsimile is transmitted to the TSA, and log file data and a timestamp are stored as an e-document.

  • Publication number: 20070229915
Abstract: A scanner device includes a function for generating image data by rotating an image scanned from an original document according to necessity. The scanner device includes a display processing unit and a confirmation accepting unit. The display processing unit displays a first image pattern indicating a set status of a scanned original document, and a second image pattern indicating a direction of image data when the original document under the set status in the first image pattern is scanned and rotated by a prescribed rotation condition. The confirmation accepting unit accepts a confirmation for executing an image data generation processing under a prescribed rotation condition.

  • Patent number: 7265191
Abstract: A multi-functional admixture for simultaneously providing specified characteristics to hydraulic cement compositions such as concrete contains one or more of specified reaction mixtures obtained by specified two processes as well as partially or completely neutralized substances obtained from such a reaction mixture through a specified third process. The specified two processes include initiating a radical copolymerization process of a radical polymerizable monomer mixture containing maleic anhydride and a monomer of a specified kind in a non-aqueous system in the presence of a non-aqueous radical initiator and stopping the radical copolymerization reaction in its midst while the inversion rate of polymerization is at a specified level by adding water to the reaction system to thereby obtain a reaction mixture. The specified third process is for partially or completely neutralizing the reaction mixture.

  • Patent number: 6612497
Abstract: An image of a region is taken which includes a two-dimensional code. A two-dimensional code area is determined in the image. The two-dimensional code area corresponds to the two-dimensional code. Inspection lines are set which connect opposite sides in two pairs among four sides indicating boundaries of the two-dimensional code area in cases where the two-dimensional code is of a cell matrix type. Inspection lines are set which connect opposite sides in one pair among four sides indicating boundaries of the two-dimensional code area in cases where the two-dimensional code is of a bar-code stack type. Information is read from the two-dimensional code area on the basis of the inspection lines. Division points are set on the opposite sides in response to a ratio in length between sides adjacent to the opposite sides and a number of arrangements of cells in the two-dimensional code in cases where the two-dimensional code is of the cell matrix type.
