The second comparator compares wave patterns of input signals with a plurality of types of fall sample waves and non-fall sample waves stored in advance. The second comparator outputs a fall detection signal upon determining that the rammer has fallen when the similarity with one of the fall sample waves exceeds a threshold, and the second comparator outputs a non-fall signal upon determining that the rammer has not fallen when the similarity with one of the non-fall sample waves exceeds a threshold.

Abstract: The friction stir welding tool member according to the present invention is made of a ceramic member in which a shoulder portion and a probe portion are integrally formed, wherein a root portion of the probe portion and an end portion of the shoulder portion have a curved surface shape; and the friction stir welding tool member has a ratio (R1/D) of 0.02 or more and 0.20 or less when a curvature radius of the end portion of the shoulder portion is defined as R1 (mm) and an outer diameter of the shoulder portion is defined as D (mm). In addition, the ceramic member is preferably made of a silicon nitride sintered body having a Vickers hardness of 1400 HV1 or more. According to the above-described configuration, a friction stir welding tool member having excellent durability can be provided.

In addition, it is preferable that the additive components further include at least one element selected from Al, Si, and C. Abstract: According to one embodiment, a semiconductor device includes a first transistor being normally-off, a second transistor being normally-on, and a first conductive member. The first transistor includes a first gate, a first source, a first drain, and a first semiconductor member. The first semiconductor member is provided between the first gate and the first drain and between the first source and the first drain. The second transistor includes a second gate, a second source, a second drain, and a second semiconductor member. An orientation from the first semiconductor member toward the first drain is the same as an orientation from the second semiconductor member toward the second gate, toward the second source, and toward the second drain. The first conductive member electrically connects the first drain and the second source.
