Patent number: 11962048Abstract: A fuel cell system includes a fuel cell stack and a control device that controls operation of the fuel cell system based on a measured voltage value measured by a voltage sensor. When the fuel cell system is started and a value measured by a temperature sensor is equal to or less than a temperature determined in advance, the control device raises the voltage of the fuel cell stack until a voltage condition determined in advance is met, by supplying a cathode with an oxidant gas before current sweep is started. The control device sets a voltage command value and a current command value such that an operation point of the fuel cell stack is on an equal power line of the fuel cell stack when the operation point is caused to transition in at least a part of a transition period.Type: GrantFiled: April 6, 2021Date of Patent: April 16, 2024Assignee: TOYOTA JIDOSHA KABUSHIKI KAISHAInventors: Ryouichi Namba, Masahiro Ito, Manabu Takahashi, Tomotaka Ishikawa

Publication number: 20240025281Abstract: A vehicle charging system includes a main body fixed to a floor part of a vehicle stop space, a slide body slidable in a first direction relative to the main body, a connector unit including arms and a connector to be connected to the vehicle to charge, a first cover that covers the arms from a side of the main body while pivoting in conjunction with pivoting of the arms, a second cover supported by the slide body and disposed on a side opposite to the side of the main body, and third covers supported by the slide body and disposed on both sides of the connector unit in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction. When the arms are erected, the second cover and the third covers extend upward in conjunction with the pivoting of the arms, thereby forming a frame that surrounds the arms.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 13, 2023Publication date: January 25, 2024Inventors: Yukinari Naganishi, Koji Ikegaya, Takashi Shiroki, Hajime Ojiro, Masahiro Namba

Patent number: 11685498Abstract: There is provided a ship maneuvering system including: a turning operation device configured to output a turning operation signal corresponding to a turning operation; a turning control device configured to change a direction of each of ship propulsion machines based on the turning operation signal; an output operation device configured to output an output setting signal indicating an output of a power source of each of the ship propulsion machines set by an output setting operation; and an output control device configured to increase or decrease the output of the power source of each of the ship propulsion machines based on the output setting signal. When the turning control device fails, the output control device turns a ship by making outputs of power sources of the ship propulsion machines different from each other based on the turning operation signal.Type: GrantFiled: April 23, 2021Date of Patent: June 27, 2023Assignee: SUZUKI MOTOR CORPORATIONInventors: Masahiro Namba, Takashi Kawata

Patent number: 10279880Abstract: Disclosed is an control device of an outboard motor, including: a computation unit configured to set, as a starting point, a timing before a gearshift mechanism is shifted from forward to neutral after an accelerator opening level is fully closed in a case where an operator's manipulation is performed from forward to neutral, and compute a time-series change of an engine rotation speed as a simulated ship speed on the basis of the engine rotation speed detected by an engine rotation speed detector at the starting point; and a control unit configured to control an actuator such that, in a case where the operator's manipulation is performed from forward to reverse through neutral, the gearshift mechanism is maintained in the neutral position until the simulated ship speed estimated by the computation unit becomes a predetermined threshold value or lower, and is then shifted to reverse.Type: GrantFiled: May 3, 2018Date of Patent: May 7, 2019Assignee: SUZUKI MOTOR CORPORATIONInventors: Masahiro Namba, Saharu Watanabe, Kohei Yamamoto, Nobuyuki Shomura

Publication number: 20030200898Abstract: A non-asbestos friction material is made by molding and curing a composition primarily comprising a fibrous base excluding asbestos, a binder, a filler, and at least three metal sulfides excluding titanium sulfide, complex metal sulfides and being free of antimony and lead compounds. This friction material has minimized metal catch and improved wear resistance, both in the high-temperature region. Absent lead and antimony compounds, the friction material is friendly to the environment.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 24, 2003Publication date: October 30, 2003Inventors: Takayuki Ohe, Masahiro Namba
