    Abstract: A power system control instruction device performing a control instruction to the control device that controls the power system on the basis of a measured value transmitted from a sensor measuring a state value of the power system and a method for performing such a control instruction are provided. The device obtains a centralized control amount using a measured value of the sensor such that a system voltage meets a predetermined control purpose, and creates a distributed control model using the measured value and the centralized control amount. The device then determines whether or not a voltage deviation from the voltage appropriate range occurs when the control device performs control on the basis of the distributed control model, and re-creates the distributed control model when the voltage deviation occurs, and transmits the distributed control model that is re-created to the control device.

    Abstract: According to one embodiment, a memory system includes a non-volatile memory, a memory interface that reads data recorded in the non-volatile memory as a received value, a converting unit that converts the received value read from the non-volatile memory to first likelihood information by using a first conversion table, a decoder that decodes the first likelihood information, a control unit that outputs an estimated value with respect to the received value, which is a decoding result obtained by the decoding, when decoding by the decoder has succeeded, and a generating unit that generates a second conversion table based on a decoding result obtained by the decoding, when decoding of the first likelihood information by the decoder has failed. When the generating unit generates the second conversion table, the converting unit converts the received value to the second likelihood information by using the second conversion table, and the decoder decodes the second likelihood information.

Thus, in the present invention, a semiconductor device including a highly reliable transistor formed using an oxide semiconductor is manufactured. An oxide semiconductor film is deposited by a sputtering method, using a sputtering target including an oxide semiconductor having crystallinity, and in which the direction of the c-axis of a crystal is parallel to a normal vector of the top surface of the oxide semiconductor. The target is formed by mixing raw materials so that its composition ratio can obtain a crystal structure.

    Abstract: A laminate mainly made of polyimide with low thermal expansion, high mechanical strength, and high heat resistance, and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. A surface of a polyimide film is activated and then treated by a silane coupling agent. Subsequently, the obtained silane coupling agent-treated polyimide films are superimposed, and pressure and heat are applied to the superimposed polyimide films so as to manufacture a polyimide film laminate. The obtained polyimide film laminate has a cross-sectional structure of superimposing polyimide film layers and silane coupling agent condensate layer(s) alternately to each other. Adhesive strength between the polyimide films of the polyimide film laminate of the present invention does not change largely from initial adhesive strength even after heat treatment at 400° C. for 15 minutes. Further, the polyimide film laminate exhibits a high bending elastic modulus and impact resistance.
