Abstract: A roll-to-roll deposition apparatus includes a vacuum chamber, a film travel mechanism, a lithium source, and a first roller. The vacuum chamber is capable of maintaining a reduced-pressure state. The film travel mechanism is capable of causing a film to travel inside the vacuum chamber. The lithium source is capable of evaporating lithium inside the vacuum chamber. The first roller is disposed between a deposition surface of the film and the lithium source. The first roller has a transfer pattern that receives the lithium evaporated from the lithium source. The first roller transfers a pattern of a lithium layer corresponding to the transfer pattern to the deposition surface while rotating.

  • Publication number: 20200350198
Abstract: The present technology relates to a semiconductor device in which an air gap structure can be formed in any desired region regardless of the layout of metallic wiring lines, a method for manufacturing the semiconductor device, and an electronic apparatus. A first wiring layer and a second wiring layer including a metallic film are stacked via a diffusion preventing film that prevents diffusion of the metallic film. The diffusion preventing film is formed by burying a second film in a large number of holes formed in a first film. At least the first wiring layer includes the metallic film, an air gap, and a protective film formed with the second film on the inner peripheral surface of the air gap, and the opening width of the air gap is equal to the opening width of the holes formed in the first film or is greater than the opening width of the holes. For example, the present technology can be applied to a semiconductor device in which wiring layers are stacked, and the like.

  • Patent number: 10824107
Abstract: A first supply mode is a mode for supplying power so that printing can be performed by a printing unit, and more power is supplied in the first supply mode than in the second supply mode or the third supply mode. More power is supplied in the second supply mode than in the third supply mode. In the specified period, the power supply circuit switches from the power supply in the first supply mode to the power supply in the second supply mode when a first transition condition is satisfied. The power supply circuit maintains the second supply mode without performing switching from the power supply in the second supply mode to the power supply in the third supply mode.

  • Publication number: 20200215093
Abstract: Regarding Diquafosol ophthalmic solution comprising a chelating agent at a concentration of 0.0001 to 1% (w/v), formation of insoluble precipitates found in Diquafosol ophthalmic solution during storage of the solution, as well as deterioration of the filtration performance in the course of production (course of filtration sterilization), have been inhibited. Further, in Diquafosol ophthalmic solution comprising a chelating agent, reduction of eye irritation and enhancement of the preservative effectiveness have been confirmed, in comparison to Diquafosol ophthalmic solution comprising no chelating agent. Accordingly, the present invention has been confirmed to provide physicochemical properties that are stable during the courses of production and distribution as well as the course of storage by a patient, and also reduce eye irritation and enhance preservative effectiveness.
