    Abstract: According to one embodiment, a memory system includes a power supply circuit. The power supply circuit includes a first capacitor circuit which applies a voltage to a nonvolatile memory and a memory controller, and a second capacitor circuit which adds a further voltage to the voltage applied by the first capacitor circuit, when the voltage applied by the first capacitor circuit is less than a set value.
