  • Patent number: 7996990
Abstract: There is provided a method of manufacturing a heat exchanger, including a first step of mounting an end part of flat tube to a header, assembling the flat tube and fins, and sealing a part where the header and the end part is attached, and a second step of increasing an internal pressure of the flat tube to expand other part of flat tubes aside from the end parts with respect to the end part of the tube in order to make the fins and the other part of the flat tube in contact each other. According to this method of manufacturing, in the second step, the other part of the flat tube that passes through the fins is expanded, so that it is possible to mechanically join the flat tube and the fins, and a plate fin-type heat exchanger with high strength and heat exchange efficiency can be easily provided.

  • Patent number: 7503382
Abstract: There is provided a heat exchanger including: a heat exchange section in which a plurality of flat tubes are arranged substantially in parallel in a minor axis direction at first intervals and in which fins are disposed between the flat tubes; and a header to which at least some flat tubes out of the plurality of flat tubes are connected, in a state where the at least some flat tubes are bent in the minor axis direction outside the heat exchange section and end parts of the at least some flat tubes are arranged substantially in parallel at second intervals that are narrower than in the heat exchange section, so that the minor axis direction and a central axis direction of the header are the same direction. With this heat exchanger, it is possible to distribute fluid to the individual flat tubes with more equal conditions so that the heat exchange efficiency can be increased.

  • Patent number: 7380376
Abstract: This invention relates to a non-slip structure, which is highly efficient in preventing a slip with no trouble caused by a through hole, thereby enhancing reliability. The non-slip structure of this invention is characterized in that a portion of a metal plate such as a steel plate and the like is sheared so as to form cutting lines (a pair of lateral side cutting lines and a joining cutting line) for forming a protruded piece and, at the same time, the protruded piece is pulled up along the cutting lines to a height, which does not exceed the thickness portion of the steel plate so as to raise the shearing surface (edge), so that the sheared surface does not form a gap nor any through hole in contacting the steel plate.

  • Patent number: 7331823
Abstract: A braided conductor of a shielded-conductor cable is fitted on a ring of a shield shell in such a manner as to expand an inside diameter thereof in such a state that a portion of an open end portion of the braided conductor is folded over on itself on an inside diameter side of the open end portion so as to be doubled inwards and an annular member is held in the doubled portion of the open end portion.

  • Patent number: 7162839
Abstract: The invention provides a slip stopper which achieves a great slip stopping effect, and can be used for a location where a problem occurs if a through hole is opened therein. In a protruding portion that protrudes from the upper surface of a steel plate in the plate thickness direction, a concave portion and drain channels, that lead to the steel plate upper surface from the concave portion, are formed. The inner surface of the concave portion and the groove side surfaces of drain channels are formed by shear planes which extend substantially perpendicular to the steel plate upper surface, and are obtained by half blanking that does not open a through hole in the steel plate.

  • Patent number: 7021109
Abstract: An easy manufacturing method of a slip stopper, and apparatus therefor, that has a great slip stopping effect and can be used for a location where a problem occurs if a though hole is opened therein. After a protruding portion is formed on a steel plate, by using a first punching die unit, so as to protrude from the upper surface in a plate thickness direction, a concave portion and drain channels are formed in the protruding portion by shear planes that extend substantially perpendicular to the steel plate upper surface and have been half-blanked so as not to open a through hole in the steel plate by using a second punching die unit.
