  • Patent number: 11904744
Abstract: A vehicle-mounted seat device includes an SB main frame, a back rest which the back of a seated person leans on, a relay disc fixed to the back rest, a first engagement member fixed with respect to the SB main frame at a position higher than the relay disc, an upper wire for suspending and holding the back rest from the first engagement member so as to be able to swing with respect to the SB main frame with the relay disc being the center, and a height adjustment mechanism constructed to be capable of pulling in part of the upper wire, so that an amount by which the upper wire is pulled in is changed to cause a change in disposed height of the back rest with respect to the SB main frame.

  • Patent number: 11472320
Abstract: In the vehicle seat, rear suspension members are provided at two positions spaced away from each other in a lateral direction on an edge of a seat cushion near a seatback, and support the seat cushion while the seat cushion is suspended from a seat cushion support frame so that the seat cushion is movable in the lateral direction. A front suspension member is provided at one position or two positions spaced away from each other in the lateral direction on ahead of the rear suspension members, and supports the seat cushion while the seat cushion is suspended from the seat cushion support frame so that the seat cushion is movable in the lateral direction.

  • Patent number: 11458874
Abstract: A vehicle seat includes a lock-to-neutral-position mechanism that locks a seat cushion at a neutral position, and an immediate lock mechanism that locks the seat cushion immediately at a current position when locking is required. A steering sensor senses a steering angle and a steering angular velocity. The immediate lock mechanism performs the locking when the steering angle is large, whereas the lock-to-neutral-position mechanism performs the locking when the steering velocity is high. When the steering wheel is at the neutral position, the locking by the immediate lock mechanism is released and the locking is switched over to the lock-to-neutral-position mechanism that is in a lock ready state.

  • Patent number: 11305677
Abstract: A vehicle seat device includes an SB main frame that is joined to a seat cushion via a reclining shaft; an SB subframe that is swingable with respect to the SB main frame at least about a roll axis; a backrest that is installed on the SB subframe; and a lower support wire and an upper support wire that limit rearward movement of the SB subframe and allow movement of the SB subframe about the roll axis. A straight line connecting between the front end and the rear end of the lower support wire is inclined with respect to a normal line so as to rise toward the front, the normal line being normal to a straight line connecting between an upper end of the SB main frame and the reclining shaft.

  • Patent number: 11260780
Abstract: A vehicle-mounted seat device includes an SB main frame, a backrest, an SB subframe, and one or more front-back position regulation mechanisms for regulating the position of the SB subframe in the front-back direction relative to the SB main frame. Each front-back position regulation mechanism includes a front restraining bracket secured relative to the SB main frame, a rear restraining bracket secured on the SB subframe, and a front-back wire strung between the front and rear restraining brackets. The rear restraining bracket is deformed such that its front end portion is displaced rearward relative to its end portion upon input of a load greater than a predetermined load. A maximum pulling load of the front-back wire is greater than a load that causes initial deformation of the rear restraining bracket.

  • Patent number: 11180056
Abstract: A vehicle-mounted seat device includes an SB main frame, a backrest, a relay disk secured at the center in the width direction of the backrest, a plurality of radial wires for suspending the backrest such that the backrest can swing relative to the SB main frame with the relay disk as the center, an SB subframe capable of swinging together with the backrest, a headrest, a headrest stay extending downward from the headrest and mounted on the SB main frame so as to rotate around a rotation shaft; a pressure-receiving body secured on the headrest stay so as to be disposed behind and opposed to the relay disk; and a provisional connection mechanism for provisionally connecting the headrest stay to the SB main frame.

  • Patent number: 11135944
Abstract: A seat cushion is swingable about an axis A with respect to a seat cushion support frame that is a part of a main frame. A cushion return spring that is a flat spring is disposed between the seat cushion and the seat cushion support frame so that an elastic force of the cushion return spring returns the seat cushion to a neutral position. A pair of clamp rollers that clamps the cushion return spring is disposed. The clamp rollers are movable along a longitudinal axis of the cushion return spring. Changing of a clamping position by moving the clamp rollers changes an effective length of the cushion return spring. In this way, a swingable range of the seat cushion and a force to return the seat cushion to the neutral position are changed.

  • Patent number: 10960805
Abstract: A locking block is fixed with respect to a seat cushion. A locking pin which can advance and retract relative to the locking block is provided on a main frame side. A V groove shape receptacle is formed on the locking block. When the locking pin is advanced into the receptacle portion, the locking pin is guided by a receiving inclined surface of the receptacle portion forming the V-shape groove, and advances to a bottom of the receptacle portion. With this process, the locking block moves in a rotational direction B, and when the locking pin engages the bottom, the seat cushion is fixed.
