  • Patent number: 9166455
Abstract: According to one embodiment, a rotating electrical machine has a vibrating-element. The vibrating-element has spring bars and circular members which cover spring bars while a part is connected to spring bars. The spring bars are connected to first stator core connection portions, which are formed so as to be spaced out in a circumferential direction from each other at two locations on a side surface of the stator core. The stator frame is connected by the second stator core connection portions, which are formed by two locations which are different from the first stator core connection portions, of the stator core. The second stator core connection portions contain a position adjacent to a node portion of a circular mode of vibration of the stator core, in which antinodes and nodes of vibration alternately appear in the circumferential direction as the vibrating-element is attached to the stator core.

  • Publication number: 20120242183
Abstract: According to one embodiment, there is provided a 3-phase 4-pole 2-layer armature winding of a rotating electrical machine. A winding of each phase of the armature winding forms a series coil. Each series coil includes upper coil pieces and lower coil pieces which are connected each other at a connection side coil end and a counter-connection side coil end, the upper coil pieces and lower coil pieces being placed in 54 slots provided in an armature core. At least one coil piece of the upper and lower coil pieces, provided in at least one of an innermost position and an outermost position from the center of a phase belt of each phase, is replaced with a coil piece of an adjacent phase.

  • Patent number: 7854167
Abstract: A diagnosis device for diagnosing loosening of a stator core of a rotary electrical machine. The diagnosis device has: excitation means for vibrating the stator core in the radial direction; vibration detection means for detecting the vibration of the stator core in the radial direction; means for frequency-analyzing an output signal of the vibration detection means that detects vibration generated in the stator core when the stator core is vibrated by the excitation means so as to extract a measurement natural vibration mode of the stator core in a circular ring natural vibration mode; means for estimating a circular ring natural vibration mode of the stator core from shape data of the stator core; and means for determining a clamping state of the stator core by comparing the measurement natural vibration mode and a determination criterion obtained based on the estimated natural vibration mode.
