  • Patent number: 11951688
Abstract: A generator injection tool is provided. The generator injection tool injects an adhesive into a generator that includes a rotor positioned within a stator having a stator vent, the stator and rotor having a gap therebetween. The generator injection tool includes a first carriage sized to fit within the gap, a tube, a first motor, a controller, and an adhesive source. An end of the tube is movable between a first position in which the end is outside of the stator vent and a second position within the stator vent. The first motor is operable to move the tube between the first position and the second position. The controller is operable to selectively activate the first motor to position the end of the tube within the stator vent. The adhesive source moves the adhesive through the tube end to inject a portion of the adhesive into the stator vent.

  • Publication number: 20240070897
Abstract: A tracking system is used to determine geoposition of an object, such as a person, using images from a 2-D camera, in which pixels in the 2-D image have been assigned a 3-D position by pairing the camera image with a spatial model. A spatial model can be provided by a suitable 3-D imaging device, such as but not limited to a LiDAR system, though other types of spatial imagers are contemplated. The tracking system can use geoposition data to aid in reidentification of a person across multiple cameras, as well as determine behavior of people that are being tracked.

  • Patent number: 11307171
Abstract: Devices and methods generate an ordered restriction map of genomic DNA extracted from whole cells, nuclei, whole chromosomes, or other sources of long DNA molecules. The devices have a fluidic microchannel that merges into a reaction nanochannel that merges into a detection nanochannel at an interface where the nanochannel diameter decreases in size by between 50% to 99%. Intact molecules of DNA are transported to the reaction nanochannel and then fragmented in the reaction nanochannel using restriction endonuclease enzymes. The reaction nanochannel is sized and configured so that the fragments stay in an original order until they are injected into the detection nanochannel. Signal at one or more locations along the detection nanochannel is detected to map fragments in the order they occur along a long DNA molecule.

  • Patent number: 11226950
Abstract: Techniques for providing feed-based case management on an online social network. A user interface that includes a publisher and an information feed is provided. Information associated with a record is received and the record is updated in a database system. A feed item associated with the database system update is generated and provided in the information feed. The feed item includes one or more actionable selections providing a reference to the publisher. Selection of one of the one or more actionable selections causes the publisher to be operable to receive further information associated with the record. The record is capable of being updated based on the further information. In some implementations, the record is a case and the user interface serves as a single interface for all interactions required in solving the case.
