Abstract: A hydraulic raising apparatus with automatic regulated speeds can automatically adapt its raising speeds for various load conditions. It mainly comprises additional hydraulic circuits, check valves and adjustable relief valves arranged between the piston rod side chamber and the rodless side chamber of hydraulic cylinders and pumps. The arrangement enables hydraulic cylinders and pumps to change their working modes in a hydraulic circuit, depending on loaded conditions, from a piston type to a spool type and vice versa. Hence the hydraulic apparatus can adjust its raising speeds in agreement with loads. When the apparatus bears a light load, it will quickly carry the load to position. On the other hand, when the load is heavy the apparatus will move it at a slower speed and thus need just reduced input energy. Therefore, the apparatus according to the invention can enhance efficiency to the greatest extent.
Abstract: An oil circuit of a jack for rising an object to a preset position rapidly, wherein the oil inlet circuit of a hydraulic loop system is improved. An oil channel is installed between the inner oil chamber of the piston rod and the sequential valve. A check valve is installed between the oil channel and the sequential valve. An oil channel is installed between the sequential valve and the check valve for being connected to the inner oil chamber of the piston rod. By changing the positions of the check valve and the oil channel. When in the working conditions of dump load or light load, the sequential valve is closed, thus, the hydraulic oil may enter into the inner oil chamber of the piston rod from the pumping oil chamber through the check valve so that the piston rod will rise rapidly to a still condition. In the still condition, since the check valve closes the oil channel, the sequential valve will open automatically so that the inner oil chamber of the piston rod is communicated to the inner oil reservoir.
Abstract: A receiving bag of a jack for storing a car jack made of plastic or cloth. The receiving bag has an approximately rectangular shape. The top of the receiving bag has a zippered opening, and the inner bottom of the bag has a rectangular bottom plate. The front and rear edges of the bottom plate are provided with respective transversally long fixing plates. Two fixing means are installed at the proper positions at one side of the bottom plate. A jack is received within the receiving bag and the wheels of the jack abut the fixing plates on the bottom plate. Furthermore, the fixing means serve to fix the handle of the jack. Thereby, the user may store the jack conveniently within the receiving bag for a long time.

Abstract: The invention relates to an improved hydraulic quick lifting unit used in a jack, especially to improvements made on the valves of the hydraulic system, a fastener assembly and an oil return tube of the lifting shaft. The hydraulic system can return hydraulic liquid to the outer oil reservoir in a slow rate when the lifting shaft according to the invention bears a load. Thus the lifting shaft moves down slowly. When the load on the lifting shaft is removed, the hydraulic liquid flows back to the outer oil reservoir in a larger quantity in a short time. Hence the lifting shaft can quickly return to the its original position. Further, the fastener assembly is located between the lifting shaft and the mandrel, which has the advantages of enhancing the accuracy of the clearance between the mandrel and the inner oil reservoir of the lifting shaft, and preventing the positional shift of the mandrel in the inner oil reservoir. The invention has the benefit of enhancing the stability of product performance.
Abstract: A shuttle valve mounted between a pneumatic piston and a ring plate in a reciprocating pneumatic motor and moved to control the passage between a shuttle compression chamber and a radial air inlet hole in the pneumatic piston, the shuttle valve having a press rod supported on a compression spring and forced out of the front end of the body of the shuttle valve for pressing against the cylinder cover of the reciprocating pneumatic motor, enabling the shuttle valve to shut off automatically at an early stage so as to extend the piston stroke when the pneumatic piston bears the load, or to shorten the piston stroke when the pneumatic piston bears no load.
Abstract: An oil return loop of a hydraulic cylinder which includes a plurality of equiangularly spaced V-shaped oil return grooves at the inside wall of an inner cylinder of the hydraulic cylinder for guiding saturated hydraulic oil to the outer cylinder of the hydraulic cylinder when the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is extended out. Each of V-shaped oil return grooves has two smoothly arched chamfered edges respectively disposed at connecting areas between the V-shaped oil return grooves and the inside wall of the inner cylinder to facilitate movement of the oil seal ring of the piston of the piston rod over the oil return loop.
Abstract: A hydraulic circuit system for one-touch jack and its structure has an inlet circuit, a return circuit and an overload protection circuit with a hydraulic cylinder, a piston rod, a sequence valve, a safety valve and a relief valve, in which the inlet circuit extends from an outer reservoir of a hydraulic cylinder via a check valve to connect to an oil chamber of a manual pump. The oil chamber of the pump is connected to an oil guide tube via another check valve, the oil guide tube is inserted into an inner oil chamber formed in a piston rod to form a closed circuit. The oil chamber of the pump is connected to an inner chamber of the hydraulic cylinder via a sequence valve and the inner chamber is connected to the outer reservoir via a check valve.
