The controller is configured to track a number of read operations for each tracked subset, and to scan, in response to the number of read operations for a first tracked subset exceeding a first threshold value, a portion of data corresponding to each word line of the first tracked subset to determine an error count corresponding to each word line of the first tracked subset.

    Abstract: Electrolyte solutions including at least one anhydrous fluoride salt and at least one non-aqueous solvent are presented. The fluoride salt includes an organic cation having a charge center (e.g., N, P, S, or O) that does not possess a carbon in the ?-position or does not possess a carbon in the ?-position having a bound hydrogen. This salt structure facilitates its ability to be made anhydrous without decomposition. Example anhydrous fluoride salts include (2,2-dimethylpropyl)trimethylammonium fluoride and bis(2,2-dimethylpropyl)dimethylammonium fluoride. Combining these fluoride salts with at least one fluorine-containing non-aqueous solvent (e.g., bis(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)ether; (BTFE)) promotes solubility of the salt within the non-aqueous solvents. The solvent may be a mixture of at least one non-aqueous, fluorine-containing solvent and at least one other non-aqueous, fluorine or non-fluorine containing solvent (e.g., BTFE and propionitrile or dimethoxyethane).

    Abstract: Dialysis systems and methods are described which can include a number of features. The dialysis systems described can be to provide dialysis therapy to a patient in the comfort of their own home. The dialysis system can be configured to prepare purified water from a tap water source in real-time that is used for creating a dialysate solution. The dialysis systems described also include features that make it easy for a patient to self-administer therapy. For example, the dialysis systems include disposable cartridge and patient tubing sets that are easily installed on the dialysis system and automatically align the tubing set, sensors, venous drip chamber, and other features with the corresponding components on the dialysis system. Methods of use are also provided, including automated priming sequences, blood return sequences, and dynamic balancing methods for controlling a rate of fluid transfer during different types of dialysis, including hemodialysis, ultrafiltration, and hemodiafiltration.

A platooning initiation strategy requires continuous communication between vehicles for a more than a pre-defined duration, a demonstration of an operable brake light on the leading vehicle, and command control profile compatibility between the vehicles before allowing the vehicles to mutually platoon or to join an existing platoon. A set of computer readable labels visible to a Lane Departure System placed on a lead vehicle are used by a following vehicle when lane markings become invisible to sensors. A redundant brake lamp operable in a non-visible spectrum is provided for platooning. A specific brake lamp for use exclusively for platooning purposes may be provided.
