  • Patent number: 4680219
Abstract: A moldable fibrous sheet having a cellulose fiber and textile fiber base, said sheet having a composition comprising from 5 to 95% by weight of cellulose fibers obtained by dry shredding, from about 0.5 to 10% of textile fibers having at least two half-waves per centimeter of length, said sheet being further formed by superimposing fine sheets sewn but not rigidly connected to each other. The sheet may be molded into shaped panels through a molding cycle between 15 seconds and 3 minutes, which panels may be used in automobile construction, furnishing and packing.

  • Patent number: 4513056
Abstract: The invention relates to cellulosic supports rendered wholly or partly transparent by a process of impregnation. One of the characteristics of the impregnation compositions proposed is its aptitude to migrate very rapidly to the heart of the cellulosic supports. The invention is applicable to drawing, reproduction, windows for envelopes, lampshades, creation of watermarks by a photogravure process.

  • Patent number: 4048420
Abstract: Polymerizations catalyzed by very finely divided lithium. The process is characterized in using lithium having an average particle diameter of less than 2.mu. and preferably of 0.1.mu. or less as a polymerization initiator. The process permits .alpha.-.omega. dilithic oligomers to be obtained.

  • Patent number: 4040815
Abstract: Very finely divided lithium.A mixture of inert gas and fine particles of lithium in suspension in the said gas is filtered on a bed of solid bodies which can be stirred, the mesh size of said bodies, the height of said bed and the speed of stirring being such that the metal particles are retained without causing the formation of a metallic slab on the surface. The suspensions of fine lithium particles in solutions are stable.
