Upon retrieving content from a plurality of social networks pertaining to the brand, the analytics server module analyzes the content to a content value specific to the brand among members of the social networks. The behavioral analysis engine obtains content elements generated by a first member a social network and analyzes the first member's behavior to compute an audience value of the first member. The report generator prepares reports specific to the brand, the reports comprising at least indicia of content value, indicia of audience value, and recommendations for improving member engagement with the brand.

Abstract: Automatic suggestion for search query formulation is facilitated by considering social network information. A plurality of search queries can be identified as a function of a partial search query specified by a user and search history of one or more social network contacts of the user. Subsequently, these identified queries can be ranked to aid determination of a subset of the identified queries to suggest for query completion. Further, query suggestions resulting from a social network contact can be annotated to set them apart from other query suggestions.

Abstract: A presence system enables retrieval of calendar presence information of presentities from calendar servers using a calendar agent and calendar interfaces to the calendar servers. Each calendar server maintains calendar schedule information for one or more of the presentites. The calendar agent is operable to generate queries for the calendar schedule information to the calendar servers via a respective calendar interface for each calendar server. The calendar agent is further operable to receive calendar schedule information from the calendar servers via the respective calendar interfaces, and to convert the received calendar schedule information into calendar presence information. Each calendar interface is configured to communicate with the calendar agent via a first protocol and to communicate with a respective one of the calendar servers via a respective second protocol.
