    Abstract: A transparent liquid suction measuring device comprises a conduit portion, a main body, and a suction generating portion. Liquid can be sucked into the main body via the conduit portion. The main body comprises a chamber to accommodate the liquid. The chamber has many inward projecting elements, a corresponding area, and many outward projecting elements. The inward projecting elements occupy an inward projecting volume that is compensated by an outward projecting volume formed by the outward projecting elements. So, an accommodating volume of the chamber is constantly maintained. When the inward projecting elements are visually observing from a corresponding area through the chamber, magnifying effect is generated. These outward projecting elements can be observed to acquire the liquid volume. Therefore, the advantages includes magnifying scales through liquid lens effects, having a compensation design to maintain measuring accuracy, and having a rough structure to make scales much visually obvious.

    Abstract: A devise for fecal occult blood test comprises a first and a second casings, a sampling portion extending from the first casing, a specimen processing portion, at least a testing portion and a packing cylindrical member. The packing cylindrical member is coupled between the first and second casings when unused and dismantled therefrom when used. After sampling via a specimen collecting portion of the sampling portion, the specimen collecting portion is drawn into the first casing to reduce the device size. The first and second casings are fixedly coupled together in a specimen processing position thereof to mix specimens with a liquid of the specimen processing portion into a testing liquid, and then in a specimen testing position thereof to disperse onto the testing portions for testing and directly display test results. The present invention advantages high accuracy, rather hygiene, significant size reduction, real-time testing-result display and convenient use.

Accordingly, the method generates a compressed image gives consideration to the compression ratio, the image quality and the data safety. On the other hand, the method also provides a procedure to extract the watermark from the compressed image, in order to verify whether the compressed image has been modified illegally.

    Abstract: A low noise step-down converter includes a rectified voltage output, a pulse generator, a rectifying diode, a rectifying inductor, a rectifying capacitor, and an impedance element.     Abstract: A package structure and method for preventing gold bonding wires from collapsing are disclosed. The structure is especially useful for those chips whose two nĂ—1 arrays of bonding pads are on the chip center to be packaged on a BGA substrate. According to the first preferred embodiment, two dies having a redistribution layer formed thereon are introduced outer the bonding pad array on the chip so that the gold bonding wires can be divided into two sections each to connect the bonding pads with the redistribution layer and the redistribution layer with the gold fingers on the BGA substrate. According to the second embodiment, the gold bonding wires are fixed by the epoxy strips on the chips after bonding the bonding pads to the gold fingers but before pouring liquid encapsulated epoxy into a mold.
