    Abstract: A duodenoscope protected with disposable consumables comprises a body having an insertion portion covered with a cuff, and a disposable forceps passage tube inserted into a tube of the body. A distal end portion of the body is covered with an end cap, which is integrally connected to the cuff and to the disposable forceps passage tube. The end cap is made of transparent elastic material with an elongated opening, compatible in shape to an opening of the distal end portion of the duodenoscope body, and further comprises a soft connection port in a shape of a pipe with a small-orifice end secured onto the disposable forceps passage tube, and a large orifice end secured onto an edge of the elongated opening. A forceps-lifting unit is disposed at the distal end portion of the duodenoscope body, and comprises a grooved pulley coupled with a steel wire for maneuverability.

    Abstract: A passively Q-switched fiber laser system comprises a pump source and an ring cavity connected with each other. The ring cavity comprises a gain fiber, a directional coupler and a saturable absorber connected in order. The saturable absorber is a quantum-dot polymer composite film, which is fabricated by a simple method comprising steps of: mixing a quantum dot material of lead sulfide (PbS) with a colloidal polymer to form a mixture; and drying the mixture at two different temperatures in two stages respectively. The saturable absorber of the present invention has lower saturating intensity and a plurality of absorption bands comprising 1000 nm to 1100 nm and 1500 nm to 1600 nm. The maximum output power and the maximum pulse energy of the passively Q-switched fiber laser system can be superior to those laser systems using the quantum-dot (QD) polymer composite film as saturable absorber.

If no communication interference is caused, determining area distribution parameters of the aggregated at least two adjacent resource partitions. A broadcast message carrying the area distribution parameters to a vehicle terminal is sent. By using the embodiment of the present disclosure, a resource utilization ratio can be improved.

The present invention is capable of accelerating a plurality of isotopic negative ions simultaneously. The accelerated isotopic negative ions are separated. Stable isotopic negative ions are measured by a stable isotope receiver. Unstable isotope negative ions are converted to positive ions and then measured by a detector.
