  • Patent number: 10587777
Abstract: In an imaging method an image or multiple images, an ink specification and substrate or substrates for imaging are selected. A central computing device (CCD) determines a volume of ink required to form the images and communicates with a plurality of printers that are geographically remote from the CCD. Each of the plurality of printers communicates to the CCD an ink specification available at the printer, a volume of ink available and optionally substrates that are available at the printer location. The CCD selects a printer or printers from the plurality of printers to fulfill the print job considering the geographic location of the printer(s), the ink specification available to the printer, and the volume of ink available at the printer. The CCD provides to the printer information and specifications which may include an image specification, an ink specification, a waveform specification and a substrate specification.

  • Publication number: 20200073945
Abstract: A computer-implemented method for leveraging computer aided input segmentations is provided. The computer aided input segmentations identify divisions in a source text. The division are utilized to translate the source text from a first language to a second language. In this regard, segmentation boundaries are designated within the source text based on the computer aided input segmentations, which determine the divisions. Each division is automatically translated into the second language to generate translated segments corresponding to the division. These translated segments are combined to generate a translated text.

  • Patent number: 10547425
Abstract: A method and a system of setting up a reference signal in a radio communication system are disclosed. The radio communication system includes a serving cell and a neighboring cell, and a mobile terminal of the serving cell uses the same temporal frequency resource to receive a serving resource block from the serving cell and an interference resource block from the neighboring cell. The method includes setting up a user-specific reference signal in the interference resource block and puncturing at the same temporal frequency position as the temporal frequency position at which the user-specific reference signal is set up on the interference resource block of the serving resource block to prevent any signal from being transmitted at the punctured temporal frequency position. When the method and the system are used and the interference power between cells is measured, it is possible to effectively reduce feedback overhead in a coordinated beamforming.

  • Publication number: 20190391602
Abstract: An electronic device manufacturing system includes a mass flow controller (MFC) that has a thermal flow sensor. The thermal flow sensor may measure a mass flow rate and may include a sensor tube having an inner surface coated with a material to form an inner barrier layer. The inner barrier layer may prevent or substantially reduce the likelihood of a corrosive reaction from occurring on the inner surface, which may prevent or reduce the likelihood of the MFC drifting beyond the MFC's mass flow rate accuracy specifications. This may improve the repeatability of flow detection by the MFC. Methods of measuring and controlling a mass flow rate in an electronic device manufacturing system are also provided, as are other aspects.

  • Patent number: 10517089
Abstract: Method of scrambling signals, transmission point device, and user equipment using the method are provided. The method includes: sending an ID table to a user equipment through higher layer signaling, the ID table being a subset of the whole ID space and containing available IDs for the user equipment; notifying the user equipment an ID in the ID table to be used through physical layer signaling or UE specific higher layer signaling; generating a random seed based on the notified ID; initializing a scrambling sequence by the random seed; and scrambling the signals with the initialized scrambling sequence. The method of the disclosure, by combining physical layer signaling and higher layer signaling, may notify the used group ID and the blind detection space to a UE, wherein the blind detection for the UE is enabled and the signaling overhead is reduced.
