  • Publication number: 20230304595
Abstract: An electromagnetic valve includes a valve supporting member and a valve seat. The valve supporting member is provided with a first installation portion; the valve seat is provided with a second installation portion; the valve supporting member and the valve seat are connected by fitting the first installation portion and the second installation portion; the valve seat is further provided with a first recess; the electromagnetic valve is sealed with an external valve body by a sealing member arranged in the first recess; and the joint of the first installation portion and the second installation portion is located below the first recess, such that the outer diameter of the valve supporting member is limited by the outer diameter of the valve seat, and miniaturization of the electromagnetic valve is thus facilitated.

  • Patent number: 10520527
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to in situ transmission electron microscope (TEM) holders with improved stability and electrical sensitivity. The holders feature a front bearing seal and a rear bearing seal which allow the holders to achieve high sensitivity, high stability, large range of motion and high vacuum isolation. The bearings use a PEEK insulating disk as a pivot point for translation and tilting motion, and use O-rings to dampen vibrations, provide electrical and vacuum insulation, and to set a grabbing force between the bearing and the probe.

  • Patent number: 10214340
Abstract: A container assembly and system for dispensing a stack of electronic device components includes an elongated tube having a cavity configured to contain a stack of said components. The tube has a dispensing end opposite an access end and a dispenser opening sized to dispense the electronic device components. The access end has an access opening sized to allow entry of a press to push the stack upwardly. A retainer is positioned proximate the access end to engage a last component in the stack and prevent it from exiting the tube through the access opening. The retainer may include a plurality of retainers. The retainer(s) can be a pair of retainers, four retainers, a chamfer formed in the tube, a perimeter insert, and/or a slidable panel. A method of making and a method of dispensing are provided.

  • Patent number: 9799610
Abstract: Creating surface variations on a stiffener in a stack reduces inter-stiffener sticking and stiffener stack tilt in pick and place media. The surface variations provide one or more airgaps that reduce inter-stiffener surface contact, provide space for contaminants and/or provide an averaged surface height due to surface roughness.
