    Abstract: Method and apparatus of controlling an image display process in which image data is input to display an image of the image data on a display. The input image data is stored in a first memory with respect to pixels, and a second memory, having at least an address space corresponding to a display region on the display in which the image of the image data is displayed, stores, in each display address, address information on an address of the first memory in which pixel data in the image data on a pixel to be displayed in the display region in accordance with the display address. The address information on the address in which the pixel data is stored is read out and the pixel data is read out from the first memory based on the address information to display the pixel.

    Abstract: A generator section and a pair of drive sections are disposed along the lengthwise of a piezoelectric ceramic plate. The one pair of drive sections are disposed at both ends or at one end of the plate and have a pair of electrodes for each. The piezoelectric ceramic plate in the drive sections are polarized oppositely in direction and connected to a pair of external terminals. The generator section has two pairs of opposed electrodes which are polarized oppositely from the center along the lengthwise of the plate. The two pairs of opposed electrodes are respectively short-circuited and connected to external terminals. A voltage can be taken out from between the external terminals of the generator section at the vibration nodes when the piezoelectric ceramic plate in the drive section is vibrated by applying an AC voltage to between the input terminals on the drive section side at the resonance frequency of the fourth-order mode longitudinal vibration in lengthwise.

A channel altering control unit controls the transmission units to alter the channels through which the buffer signals can be sent according to a predetermined pattern that prevents signals from plural buffers from being sent to the same channel at the same time and a buffer controller operating synchronously with the channel alteration, controls the buffers to read out signals through desired channels.     Abstract: This application provides a network system that can obviate the need for arbitration control, and can realize bidirectional communications and loopback communications. In the network system, a first channel to be transmitted in the first direction, a second channel to be transmitted in the second direction, and third and fourth channels distinguished from the above-mentioned channels are used, and the packet to be looped back is transmitted using either the third or fourth channel. The transmission direction of the third or fourth channel is determined or changed in the self node device or in another node device, thus realizing loopback communications. In order to output a packet temporarily stored in a buffer using a desired channel, a device for changing the channel to which the buffer is connected is used, and the packet is read out from the buffer in correspondence with the changed channel to be connected.
