  • Publication number: 20230010270
Abstract: The present invention detects a predictive abnormal phenomenon in a battery pack and prevents the use of the battery pack before power is shut off at a fuse. The battery pack comprises: a battery cell; a connection unit which is electrically connected to the battery cell and is connected to an external electrical apparatus main body; and a control unit which controls the battery cell, wherein, when detecting an abnormal state such as chattering, the control unit causes a charge prevention signal (LS) and a discharge prevention signal (LD) to be continuously output and makes the charge and discharge of the battery pack impossible (steps 226-228). The continuous output of these prevention signals is configured not to be negated by an operation of a user, and the battery pack can be made unusable by software control.

  • Patent number: 11411277
Abstract: The purpose of the invention is to provide a battery pack and a power tool on which the same can be detachably mounted such that compatibility can be ensured even if the dimensions of the battery cells therefor are changed, as well as a battery pack and power tool set. A second battery pack is provided with second battery cells, a second case which houses the second battery cells, a second latch portion for mounting the second battery pack to the power tool, and a second latch operating portion. The second battery pack has a larger case width than that of a specified battery pack for housing battery cells shorter than the second battery cells. However, as the rail width is the same, the second battery pack can be detachably mounted to the power tool in place of the specified battery pack.

  • Patent number: 10589490
Abstract: A laminated polyester film includes a pigment-containing polyester layer A and wax-containing polyester layers B1 and B2 on both sides of the polyester layer A, wherein the film satisfies formulae (I) and (II), and the coefficient of variation of water contact angle for each layer B1 and layer B2 is not less than 0% and not more than 10%, when the contact angle with water is measured 10 times at arbitrary defined positions within the range of 200 mm×200 mm: Wb1>Wa??(I) Wb2>Wa??(II) wherein Wb1 and Wb2 represent the wax content per unit area of the layer B1 and layer B2 respectively, and Wa represents the wax content per unit area of the layer A, and wherein the coefficient of variation represents a value obtained by dividing the standard deviation in values measured 10 times by the average value.
