A piston rod is arranged at the piston and projects through the first work space and is guided out of the cylinder concentric to the center longitudinal axis at a second end opposite the first end so as to be sealed by a guiding and sealing device, and a sensor device for direct or indirect detection of the internal pressure of the piston-cylinder unit.
