  • Patent number: 11927189
Abstract: In a compression unit, an upper compression unit suction tube is connected to an upper suction hole of an upper cylinder, and a lower compression unit suction tube is connected to a lower suction hole of a lower cylinder. In an accumulator shell of an accumulator vessel, an accumulator suction tube, an upper gas-liquid separation tube, and a lower gas-liquid separation tube penetrate a side wall of the accumulator shell, and are fixed by welding to a first through hole, a second through hole, and a third through hole of the accumulator shell, respectively. The upper gas-liquid separation tube is connected to the upper compression unit suction tube via an upper connecting tube outside the accumulator shell. The lower gas-liquid separation tube is connected to the lower compression unit suction tube via a lower connecting tube outside the accumulator shell.

  • Publication number: 20230198064
Abstract: The herein-disclosed sealed battery includes a battery case, a terminal member (negative electrode external terminal) including an opposed surface opposed to the battery case, and an insulating member (negative side gasket) disposed between the sealing plate and the negative electrode external terminal. Then, the surface of the battery case and/or an opposed surface of the negative electrode external terminal includes a 1st rough surface area on at least a part of a portion contacting with the negative side gasket, and an arithmetic average roughness Sa of the 1st rough surface area is equal to or more than 1 ?m. By doing this, it is possible to suppress a liquid leakage of an electrolyte caused by degradation of the negative side gasket.

  • Publication number: 20230198074
Abstract: A power storage device is provided with a movement restricting member including: an electrode-body bonding portion bonded to a fixing surface of a thickness-direction outside surface of outer surfaces of an electrode body; and an extended portion extending from the electrode-body bonding portion and protruding more than the electrode body in a movement restricting direction. When the electrode body moves in the movement restricting direction, the extended portion contacts an inner peripheral surface of a can, thereby restricting the electrode body from moving in the movement restricting direction.

  • Patent number: 8374803
Abstract: A damage detection apparatus and method which detect a damage occurring in a specimen include energizing an inspection area on a specimen into a predetermined energized condition, measuring a potential difference at predetermined intervals in the inspection area, and analyzing an existence or otherwise of a damage, and a shape thereof, based on a plurality of items of potential difference data. Parameters specifying a hypothetical damage are hypothesized in advance and, based on the potential difference data, calculation is executed using a maximum likelihood estimation method on a double body in which hypothetical specimens are doubled by bringing together their front surfaces, and furthermore on a quadruple body quadrupled by bringing rear surfaces of hypothetical specimens together, a maximum likelihood estimation value of the parameters is calculated.
