  • Patent number: 11933089
Abstract: Improved vibration damping in a closing bar of a motor vehicle body lock makes use of a bar which is arranged on a bar plate and which is designed to be movable from a rest position in a working direction and is operatively connected to a counter bearing. A base plate is attached to a motor vehicle body. In the event of a movement of the bar from the rest position, in which the bar has a first rigidity, to a first functional position, which represents the operating state of the closing bar, the counter bearing has a second rigidity, which is lower than the first rigidity, and a third rigidity, which is greater than the second rigidity, in a second functional position, which represents a highly dynamic acceleration of the motor vehicle body lock.

  • Patent number: 11814882
Abstract: A lock striker of a motor vehicle body lock includes a striker plate, crash securing means, and a striker. The striker is arranged on the striker plate. The striker has a striker section which is configured to admit a load. The striker plate has a first striker plate section which is configured to be connected to a body component. The striker plate has a second striker plate section on which the striker is arranged. The first striker plate section and the second striker plate section are elastically connected to one another. At least one aperture is situated in the second striker plate section between the first striker limb and the second striker limb. The crash securing means is formed with a first end fastened to the first striker plate section and with a second end which is situated in the aperture in a contact-free manner outside a crash situation and, in a crash situation, so as to bear against the second striker plate section.

  • Patent number: 10337543
Abstract: An adaptor is secured to a first object. The adaptor includes an anchoring part and an adjustment part. The anchoring part includes a distally facing anchoring surface and a proximally facing first control surface. The adjustment part has a distally facing second control surface positioned to abut against the first control surface. The first control surface or the second control surface or both is/are helical. Thereby a relative z position of the adjustment part with respect to the anchoring part is defined by the relative orientation of the adjustment part with respect to the common axis while the second control surface abuts against the first control surface. This is used to adjust the z position of the adjustment part relative to the first object, in connection with the orientation of the adjustment part being defined and possibly fixed by the function of the adaptor/the adjustment part.

  • Patent number: 10195927
Abstract: In order to improve comfort when loading a motor vehicle which has a pivotable tailgate with a first tailgate element and a second tailgate element arranged thereon, the first tailgate element has a first region which can be mounted so as to be pivotable about a first pivoting axis arranged in the upper region of the vehicle body. The first tailgate element has a second region which lies opposite its first region and on which a second pivoting axis is arranged. The second tailgate element has a first region which is mounted so as to be pivotable about the second pivoting axis. The second tailgate element has a second region which lies opposite its first region and can be locked to a lower region of the vehicle body. At the second pivoting axis there is a pivoting angle between the first tailgate element and the second tailgate element with a positive rotational direction from the second tailgate element in the direction of the first tailgate element.

  • Patent number: 10132110
Abstract: A support for a closed flap of a vehicle, particularly a tailgate of a motor vehicle, has a bearing part arranged at the flap or at a wall area of the vehicle body adjacent to the closed flap. The bearing part can be adjusted in its position before its fastening. In its premounting position, a clamping element is frictionally or form-fittingly adjustably connected with the bearing part such that, after a fastening of the bearing part previously adjusted in its position, the clamping element can be adjusted by an applied force from the premounting position into a clamping position limited by a stop, in which the clamping element is frictionally and/or form-fittingly fixedly held at the bearing part and, at least indirectly, under a pretensioning force, rests against the flap or the wall area, when the flap is closed.
