Abstract: A drinking container comprises a vessel; a cap, atop the vessel; a lid; and a hinge located proximate a rear of the lid and interconnecting the cap to the lid, to allow the lid to pivot on the cap between a closed and open position. A locking tab is at the front of the lid that engages with an inner surface of the cap, to retain the lid in the closed position. A first abutment surface is on the cap and a second abutment surface is on the lid. The first and second abutment surfaces are arranged to contact with each other as the lid is pivoted from the open position to the closed position. Contact of the first and second abutment surfaces urges the lid and the tab forward as the lid is pivoted to the closed position.

Abstract: A container is disclosed that comprises an outer vessel having an inner cavity, and an inner vessel having an inner cavity. The inner vessel and outer vessel are configured for receiving all or substantially all of the inner vessel through an opening in the outer vessel such that in operation, said opening of the inner vessel may be releasably positioned proximate the opening of the outer vessel. The container also includes a lid for releasably enclosing said inner vessel within said outer vessel. The outer container may be made from a material called TRITAN and the inner vessel may be made from glass. A seal may be provided between the top to the inner vessel and the lid.

Abstract: Components are disclosed as part of a set which may be used to form containers. Components of the set may be interchangeably substituted for one another so that various different possible containers may be made from a set. A set may include an outer vessel having a first cavity, an inner vessel receivable in the first cavity and having a second cavity, a lid assembly removably attachable to the outer vessel, an accessory, a releasable attachment mechanism to removably attach the accessory to the lid assembly so the accessory is received in the first cavity when the lid assembly is attached to the outer vessel, and at least one variant component interchangeable with one of the inner vessel, the lid assembly and the accessory.
