  • Publication number: 20230358592
Abstract: This invention relates to a device for indicating liquid level in a liquid container by wirelessly communicating the angle of inclination of the device, and by inference the level of liquid in the container relative to a predetermined low level point. The same embodiment can be deployed in shallow or deep liquid containers as free-floating in the former, or tethered to a fixed point in the latter, to facilitate remote monitoring of the liquid level. The device can be easily moved to new locations without the use of tools or fixings with the location of the device updated on the remote user interface via GPS data transmitted with the sensor data.

  • Publication number: 20220204369
Abstract: A method of treating water to remove selenium and/or mercury that is dissolved in the water. The method includes adding an acid to the water to reduce the pH, adding a metal reagent to the water that is effective to reduce the selenium and/or mercury to a lower oxidation state, and then removing the reduced selenium and/or mercury from the water.

  • Publication number: 20210238067
Abstract: Methods for treating water containing a target anion to remove the target anion can include preparing a treatment composition solution that contains a metal treatment agent, adjusting the treatment composition solution to a first pH that is alkaline and then to a second pH that is acidic, and contacting the treatment composition solution with the water that contains the target anion.

  • Publication number: 20090060957
Abstract: A multi-phase oral composition, wherein at least one phase has a filling viscosity from about 1.5 to about 5.0 Pa·s at a shear rate of 1000/sec and an after-filling viscosity from about 160 to about 190 Pa·s at a shear rate of 4/sec, and wherein the phases form a visual appearance selected from the group consisting of a pattern, alternating bands, at least one coil, at least one character, and combinations thereof.
