Abstract: This invention relates to a transparent plastic envelope which has presealed therein display material visible through the envelope. The envelope is designed so as to provide both means for hanging the envelope up on a hook or the like as well as means for positioning the envelope in a ring notebook binder. A slit is provided in one of the sheets to permit a mini disk to be inserted into the holder. The slit sheet is adhesively secured to a panel in order to seal the slit and prevent further access to the disk. The other of the sheets includes a thinned groove line providing a weakened area which may be removed therefrom in order to provide an opening to permit access to the article.
