  • Patent number: 5264812
Abstract: A polarized electromagnetic relay has two electromagnetic relay portions each constituted by a first yoke, second yoke, coil, movable core, card, and the like. The first yoke and the second yoke are used to flow a magnetic flux caused by a permanent magnet in the movable core in the same direction as a magnetic flux caused by the magnetization of the coil, and thus electrical power flowing in the magnetized coil can be small, or an area occupied by the coil can be small. Therefore, a small size and economical polarized electromagnetic relay having two groups of electromagnetic relays can be provided, and a stable operation regardless the states of magnetization or non-magnetization of one or both coils of the two electromagnetic relay portions can be realized.

  • Patent number: 4703295
Abstract: An electromagnetic relay constructed by assembling an electromagnet portion including an armature of a straight bar shape arranged adjacent to a magnetic pole piece; a fixed contact spring; and a spring holding portion including a movable contact spring driven by a card driven by the armature, so that the precise portional relationship between elements of the electromagnetic relay is realized.

  • Patent number: 4516099
Abstract: In an electromagnetic relay, one of the spring members of the electromagnetic relay is fixed to a cubic corner protrusion of a base block of a housing. Side projections provided in the spring member are fitted into deep holes which adjoin a slot in the cubic corner protrusion so that the spring member becomes firmly fixed to the base block.

  • Patent number: 4472699
Abstract: In an electromagnetic relay, an electromagnet is constructed from an approximately U-shaped magnetic pole piece, an approximately U-shaped magnetic yoke, and an armature. One side leg of the magnetic pole piece, one side leg of the magnetic yoke, and the armature are accomodated in the central hole of a bobbin so that the efficiency of the conversion of electrical power into a driving force is increased.

  • Patent number: 4439750
Abstract: An armature holding structure using a hinge wire spring in an electromagnetic relay, wherein one end of the hinge wire spring is held in a hole in the yoke of the electromagnet and the other end of the hinge wire spring is held in the hole in the armature so that the pivot support structure of the armature at the end of the yoke is maintained by the hinge wire spring.
