  • Publication number: 20190083019
Abstract: A simple auto electronic tourniquet includes a cuff, a pressurizing means for gradually raising the internal pressure of the cuff, a depressurizing means for gradually decreasing the internal pressure of the cuff, a pressure detecting means for detecting the internal pressure of the cuff, a target pressure setting means for setting the internal pressure of the cuff to a target pressure, a pressure control means for controlling the internal pressure of the cuff so that it gets close to the approximate value of the target pressure, and a notifying means for notifying that venipuncture is performable. In order to avoid excessive pressures, long-time performance of avascularization, sudden rise of pressure, which may cause patients to feel stressed, the width of the cuff of the tourniquet of the present invention shall be 75 mm or less, and more preferably in the range between 10 mm and 60 mm.

  • Patent number: 9662121
Abstract: The present invention provides a simple auto electronic tourniquet which does not inflict pain on a person receiving the tourniquet in a preparatory stage before venipuncture and which shortens the time required in preparation for venipuncture. The simple auto electronic tourniquet includes a manchette (wrapping member) wrapped around an upper arm and a controller provided on the manchette for controlling pressures to the upper arm by the wrapping member. The controller includes a diastolic blood pressure detecting circuit and a pressure setting and maintenance circuit. The pressure setting and maintenance circuit setting pressures of the manchette at a time when changes of a biological signal are detected by the diastolic blood pressure detecting circuit as target pressures.

  • Patent number: 8426323
Abstract: A substrate processing apparatus includes a chamber capable of being evacuated, a substrate stage adapted to mount a substrate, a heating unit adapted to be set above the substrate mounting surface of the substrate stage, face the substrate mounted on at least the substrate mounting surface, and heat the substrate by radiant heat without being in contact with the substrate, a shutter adapted to be retractably inserted in the space between the heating unit and the substrate mounted on the substrate mounting surface, and a shutter driving unit adapted to extend/retract the shutter into/from the space. The substrate is mounted on the substrate stage to face the heating unit, the substrate is annealed by heating the substrate by radiant heat from the heating unit, and the shutter is extended into the space between the heating unit and the substrate stage.

  • Patent number: 8129663
Abstract: Deterioration of an O ring due to radiation heating in a vacuum heating apparatus is prevented to allow heat treatment of a substrate with good annealing properties. The vacuum heating apparatus 1 includes a vacuum chamber 2 constituted by flanges 11 and 12 having an opening portion 9 and joined together, a turbo molecular pump 17 for exhausting gas from the vacuum chamber 2, and a heater base 3 for heating a substrate 5 placed in the vacuum chamber 2. Joint surfaces of the flanges 11 and 12 are sealed by an O ring 10. Further, bonding steps 13 are formed between the heater base 3 and the O ring 10 on the joint surfaces of the flanges 11 and 12, thereby preventing thermo-radiation from the heater base 3 from reaching the O ring 10 through the joint surfaces of the flanges 11 and 12.

  • Publication number: 20100114310
Abstract: An outer bag in which a core is contained in a movable state is made of a non-assimilatable material to function as an outer artificial coating. The outer bag includes a sheet-shaped base and a large number of convexes (14, 15) and/or concaves 14 formed integrally with the sheet-shaped base and disposed on an outer surface of the sheet-shaped base. Therefore, there is no probability that a breast prosthesis implanted into an implantation-scheduled space in a chest is deformed due to capsular contracture to decrease its surface area. There is no probability that free movement of the breast becomes poor. Even though the construction is simple, a breast prosthesis having a good outer artificial coating can be provided.
