The present disclosure also relates to a composition containing the drug delivery carrier and a physiologically active ingredient encapsulated in the carrier. The drug delivery carrier of the present disclosure can effectively deliver macromolecules that are difficult to be delivered into cells, thereby improving the bioavailability of the macromolecules.
