  • Publication number: 20220242378
Abstract: A braking control system includes control circuitry configured to control first and second brakes in a vehicle. The control circuitry is configured to calculate a target braking force in accordance with the operation amount of a brake pedal by a driver, determine a first braking force and a second braking force based on the target braking force, and control each of the first and second brakes such that each of the determined braking forces is generated in the vehicle. The first and second braking forces are determined such that a sum of the first and second braking forces becomes the target braking force and a pitch behavior specified by a preset pitch behavior model occurs in the vehicle.

  • Patent number: 8188705
Abstract: The present invention is a charge method of a battery for an electric motor vehicle, in which a battery is charged by an outside electric source. A residual charge quantity of the battery is detected before charging. A maximum-quantity charge time Ttotal which is required for the residual charge quantity of the battery becoming the maximum quantity is calculated based on detection result. A driving-start time tds of the electric motor vehicle is estimated. A first charge is executed so as to be started from a driving stop of the electric motor vehicle, continued for a period of time which is shorter than the maximum-quantity charge time Ttotal, and completed before the driving-start time tds. A second charge is executed so as to be started after the first charge is completed and completed at the driving-start time tds.

  • Publication number: 20070039598
Abstract: There is provided a method of controlling an internal combustion engine fuel with hydrogen. The method comprises supplying fuel and fresh air with substantially no re-circulated exhaust gas into a combustion chamber of the internal combustion engine, so that an air-fuel ratio in the combustion chamber is a first ratio leaner than the stoichiometric air-fuel ratio, during a first engine operating condition. The method further comprises supplying fuel, fresh air and re-circulated exhaust gas into the combustion chamber, so that an air-fuel ratio in the combustion chamber is a second ratio leaner than the stoichimetric air-fuel ratio, the second ratio being richer than the first ratio, during a second engine operating condition at which time the desired torque is greater than that during the first engine operating condition.
